PT Energi Tanjung Tiga is an oil and gas E & P company and is currently operating for the production of brown-fields in South Sumatera under the Operation Cooperation Agreement (Kerjasama Operasi / KSO) with PT. Pertamina EP.

1. Company Man/DWO Supervisor

Responsibilities :

• The Company Man is the Company representative at the rig site. The Company Man is responsible for ensuring that the work over operation is run in accordance with the approved program and that all operations are completed on time, high quality and within budget. Additionally, the company man is expected to oversee the work and scheduling of all third-party personnel.
• The Company Man provides onsite supervision of day-to-day work over operations, ensuring the safety of all personnel on location while successfully executing the Company work over plan.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from a reputable university (petroleum engineering background is preferred).
• Min. 15 years of experience as Company Man/DWO Supervisor.
• Good understanding in drilling and work over equipment and materials.
• Having experience in drilling and work over in deep well environment.
• Having experience in running and setting multi packer completion.
• Strong capability in Safety Environment work ethic.

2. HSE Officer

Responsibilities :

• The HSE Officer is the Company representative at the field site operation especially at rig operation.
• The HSE Officer is responsible for ensuring that the rig operation is run in accordance with the standard Health, Safety and Environmental for oil and gas operation.
• The HSE Officer is expected to oversee the HSE plan and implementation of all third-party operation.
• The HSE Officer provides onsite supervision of day-to-day operations, ensuring the operation comply with HSE regulation and procedure.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
• Min. 10 years of experience at Rig Services Company or Oil and Gas Company.
• Holding a “Pengawas K3 Migas” certificate from LSP Migas Cepu.
• Good understanding in HSE regulation for Oil and Gas Operation.
• Having experience in HSE Rig Operation.
• Good understanding in work over operation, equipment and materials is preferred.

3. Reservoir Simulation Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Conduct reservoir simulation studies.
• Build reservoir simulation models to ensure latest reservoir condition for justification of the work over and drilling proposal and production optimization.
• Work with multi-functional teams in framing, planning, and conducting reservoir model building and reservoir studies.
• Create reservoir re-development studies, involving PVT, SCAL, well and production data gathering and analysis, model construction and history matching with the purpose of optimizing future development.
• Provides updated reserves and production forecasts to be used in economic analyses.

Requirements :

• M.S. or higher in Petroleum Engineering
• At least 5 years experience in reservoir engineering with emphasis on simulation modeling
• Strong working knowledge of PETREL, MBAL, GAP and PROSPER simulation software
• Good understanding of PVT and SCAL and understand their application in dynamic modeling
• Brown-fields experience.
• Good team player
