To support its progressive growth and build the organizational capability, eni Muara Bakau BV is looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative, and integrity to fill in the following positions:

Tax Specialist (Tax Compliance and Audit Specialist) (FIN-04)

Main Responsibilities

• Review tax compliance of payment invoice process
• Perform preparation and submission of monthly tax compliances (VAT and Withholding Taxes payment and reporting)
• Monitor tax regulation, tax planning and managing tax compliance; Perform Annual Tax Return for all eni Indonesia subsidiaries; Manage submission of annual and monthly tax return.
• Perform tax administration filling for monthly tax compliances in proper manner including filling for supporting document in relation with VAT returns and correspondences with tax offices and external vendors.
• Keep up to date with the Indonesian tax regulations, and quickly disseminate changes in the regulations to the business.
• Ensure own performance and professional competency growth.
• Control own work’s expenditure.
• Ensure compliance of own works to existing laws, regulations and company’s Health, Safety and Environment standard procedures and practices.

Qualification Required

• Bachelor degree qualifications or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Taxation or Economics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the finance and/or accounting field, preferably with international and Oil & Gas experience.

• Good verbal and written communication skills
