To support its progressive growth and build the organizational capability, eni Muara Bakau BV is looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative, and integrity to fill in the following positions:

Muara Bakau Supply Base Supervisor (LOG-01)

Purpose:
To provide efficient and effective Material Management for operations requirements and to supervise all warehouse operations assuring safe and efficient material storage, effective inbound and outbound operations according to the existing procedures.

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Directly supervise Logistics Base and Inventory control, including warehousing, materials recording and data reporting

• To supervise material handling, assuring safe and efficient material storage, effective inbound and outbound operations according to the existing procedures on supply base to meet high QHSE expectation,
• To provide accuracy of warehouse inventory, material and equipment preservation, prompt shipment of materials and equipment to/from operations sites and the accuracy of stock levels’ reports,
• To manage the permits, formalities, transport, storage of the explosives for drilling requirements
• Ensure that materials and equipment are properly prepared for either sea, land or air transportation

Business Processes:

• To manage and operate Company’s Material Management system (SAP)
• Ensures proper records e.g. weekly, monthly reports, etc. and LOGIS database are maintained especially with respect to data accuracy and clarity
• Variance analysis and reporting of Inventory stock
• To maintain and manage QHSE implementation on the base in all aspect of Logistics activity
• Performs other related duties in Logistics requirement

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:
  
  • Academy Diploma or High School with at least 10 years experience in Oil and Gas Operations
• Professional Qualifications:
  
  • Minimum 5+ Years experience as Warehouse Supervisor with minimum 3 years in Off-shore operation
• Training and Courses:
  
  • Managerial and leadership
• Languages:
  
  • Indonesian (fluent), English (good)
• Required experience: 5+ years within the oil industry with experience in Logistic, and operations.
• Knowledge, Technical, and Professional Skills :
  
  • Good technical skill on material, Operations and Project.
  • Good competency in internal and external communication
  • In depth understanding of the oil industry material requirements
  • Good command of spoken and written English
