Sales Engineer (Surabaya or Pekanbaru based)

Drive Sales for Projects and Replacements & Spare Parts business for GI segments in Indonesia market.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Higher in Mechanical Engineering or with relevant pump experience will be added advantage.
• Preferably with 3
• -5 years of pump sales experience in Pulp & Paper, Sugar, Starch & other Process Industries.
• Project management on major project as required.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively and independently; as well as within teams, and with people at various levels and cultures.
• Organized, prompt responds to customers and pay attention to details.

Head of Sales (Jakarta based)

To grow the order intake of Indonesia from domestic customers and support projects for domestic customers with foreign EPCs. Responsibility for Energy BU sales strategy (PG, EW, O&G Solutions) within Country, based on Corporate and PE Division objectives and direction of the overall business plan for the Country.

Requirements:

• University degree in engineering or business administration or closely related field. Alternatively, equivalent education and experience.
• Extensive experience in sales within the industry or closely related industries (pump equipment) with positions of progressively increasing responsibility. Business management experience preferred.
• Comprehensive sales experience in an industrial and international environment, tendering experience, where applicable
• In-depth knowledge of the specific industry, market and segments, business conditions and practices
• Project management
• Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity
• Fluent in local language and English
• On a frequent basis in Country of responsibility and occasionally regionally or internationally, travel is required for the role.

Regional Sales Manager (Jakarta Based)

To assists the RSM in conducting with their function by having product (pump and turbo machinery) knowledge, assisting RSM with commercial proposals, preparing work scopes inclusive of man hours, materials and consumables, updating sales report with RSM, etc. Having experience in an administrative or Technical Assistant role.

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferred from Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in similar position.
• Computer literate MS
• -office, Excel, E
• -mail / Internet
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Having general knowledge of rotating equipment.
• Having an access/ networking in industries such as : Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, IPP, Power Generation, Pulp and paper, Fertilizer
• Highly motivated, loyal and can work under pressure.
• Having good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and good personality.
• Familiar with Rotating Equipment

Area Sales Manager (Jakarta based)

To promote sales of RESID scope of services through contact with prospective customers and maintain relationship with existing customers while acting in accordance with company procedures and objectives. To coordinate Sales Department to achieve company Sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (Mechanical/Electrical Engineer is preferred) from a reputable university.
• Have at least 3 years working experience in a similar position with proven sales record (pump and turbomachinery).
• Possess a network and good relationship in service industries such as in petrochemical, oil and gas, refinery, fertilizer and power plant etc.
• Have a pleasant personality, excellent salesmanship, communicative and good appearance.
• Familiar with Rotating Equipments.
• Fluent in English language both verbal as well as in writing
• Capable to operate MS Word and Excel.
• Strong motivation and able to work independently as well as in teams.
• ISO 9001 & ISO 14000 Requirements.
• OHSAS 14001 Requirements.
• Leadership.
• Safety & Health Awareness.

Rigger/Scaffold (Offshore) with 3-5 months contract basis

With qualification as below:

• Responsible in all aspects of deck activities
• Carrying out good housekeeping and continually cleaning general deck areas to remove potential obstructions and return equipment and material not in use to their designated storage areas.
• Loading and offloading materials
• Participating in project work as instructed by Rigger Leader man and Foreman
• Knowledge of lifting equipment in use is key
• Continuously monitor rigging equipment being used and remove from service any equipment found defective
• Erecting and dismantling scaffolding; inspect and sort scaffolding as required.
• Maintaining and up
• -keep of scaffolding materials, in proper order
• Responsible for refusing unsafe work and for carrying out all work in accordance with the established HSES Safety Standards and Work Practices
• Ensuring that all activities are undertaken in accordance with all safety and quality requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in the offshore construction industry with experience in a similar role
• High school graduate
• Valid certificate in scaffolding, applicable to company standards
• Valid Offshore Medical
• OPITO Training or Equivalent (Must have)
