Assembly Operator

Position 1 – ID59960418: Sales Support Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Support Manager in Jakarta location to join our Power Grids division, who would be responsible to adapt and implement sales support strategy for designated area in accordance with the global support strategy.

Reporting to Business Unit Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:

• Create, implement and review local sales support strategy.
• Ensure key targets are achieved for customer support.
• Oversee the validation of terms and conditions in each offer.
• Manage the preparation of all technical, financial and project management aspects of the bid/estimate/quotation, indicating prices and trading conditions.
• Ensure implementation of salesforce and other sales tools in the team.
• Support Sales organization during technical meetings, product presentations and negotiations with customers.
• Coach, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates.

Requirement:
To be considered for this role, you should have a degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Support and with 2 years as a Manager. The role will ideally suit someone who has technical and commercial knowledge of Multiplexer, PLC, IED, SAS and SCADA system products. You should possess good communication, presentation, negotiation and MS Office skills.

Position 2 – ID59883908: Sales Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Engineer in Jakarta to join the Power Grids Division, who will be responsible for sales of products/systems within the designated market in accordance with strategy.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your key areas of responsibilities will be to:

• Establish and maintain effective customer relationship to understand customer needs.
• Prepare sales plan using company tools, perform regular status review and propose recovery plan in case of potential order shortfalls.
• Ensure efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.
• Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support collection and project management activities.
• Prepare offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department.

Requirement:
To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of experience in Sales from similar industry. The role will ideally suit someone with good knowledge in Salesforce tool and MS Office skills. You should also have strong background in automation and telecommunication system (Mux, PLC, Radio/Wi-Fi, SAS, IED, RTU and SCADA).

Position 3 – ID59976262: Primary Engineer

Job Description:
As a Primary Engineer, you will be responsible to create and modify standard designs of equipment, systems or installations including standard specifications for manufacturing, fabrication or construction for assignments classified as low to medium complexity by applying standard design concepts for HV and EHV substation system.

Reporting to Engineering Manager, your key areas of responsibility will be:

• Design engineering solution, drawings and calculation according to specification.
• Identify variation request to support contract claims.
• Attend project meetings and present specific aspects of design assignments.
• Collaborate with supply chain function, review vendor documentation and provide design related evaluation of proposals for standard materials and equipment.
• Use standard processes and tools in developing new processes and tools for reuse of technical solutions.

Requirement:
To be considered for this role, you should have a BA/BS Degree with minimum 2 years of experience in Transmission/Distribution environment. You will also have competency in using MS Office with good communication skills. The role will ideally suit someone who has knowledge in substation engineering standards and calculation.

Position 4 – ID59976221: Drafter - Primary design

Job Description:
As a Drafter - Primary design, you will be responsible to assist engineering teams to prepare drawings of medium and high complexity using CAD (Computer Aided Design) system.

Reporting to Engineering Manager, your key areas of responsibility will be:

• Follow the work schedule for one’s area of responsibility, deliver on agreed timeline, cost estimate and set quality standards.
• Provide relevant information pertaining to draft assignment to engineering team.
• Coach and guide less experienced colleagues.
• Implement standard process and tools in preparing accurate drawings.

Requirement:
To be considered for this role, you should have attended a vocational high school with minimum 5 years of experience in substation engineering environment. You should also have competency in using AutoCAD and MS Office with good communication skills.
