JOB POSITION : Admin Assistant

DEPARTMENT : Logistic
WORK LOCATION: Eni Muara Bakau Balikpapan / Tanjung Batu
NUMBER OF PERSONNEL : 2

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :

• Education : Secretarial Education Diploma/Business Administration Diploma/ Management Diploma
• Training and Courses:
  • Employee Induction including HSE Awareness
  • Introduction to the oil & gas industry organised by SEAPEX
  • Office Computer Application Advance Course
  • Secretarial or administration Advance Course – Re. Communicating Assertively, Public Relations, etc.
• Languages: Indonesian (fluent), English (fluent).
• Required experience: 2 years experience should be performing secretarial functions for managerial level personnel.
• Knowledge, Technical, and Professional Skills:
  • Capable to use office application computer program
  • Good knowledge of administrative work
  • Good command of spoken and written English

 

JOB POSITION : Automation & Metering Specialist

DEPARTMENT : OPERATIONS
WORK LOCATION: ENI Muara Bakau Jakarta
NUMBER OF PERSONNEL : 2

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :

• Bachelor degree certificate as minimum in Instrumentation, Electronics or Metering background with experience in Automation and Metering system position at least 10 years in oil and gas industries
• Hand on Troubleshooting in Metering system, meter prover & relevant field devices with Final control elements, DCS, PLC, and SCADA experiences are mandatory in this position
• Deep knowledge in Process Control System (PCS), Process Control Network (PCN), Protocol Interface, ESD/EDP, Foundation Fieldbus, Metering System is mandatory required
• Deep knowledge control of work and permit system in Oil and gas industries
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

 

JOB POSITION : Aviation Advisor
DEPARTMENT : Logistic & Operations Support
WORK LOCATION: ENI Muara Bakau Jakarta
NUMBER OF PERSONNEL : 2
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :

• Education : Academy Diploma or High School with at least 10 years experience in Aviation
• Professional Qualifications: Either
• 1Professional Pilot, or 2Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, or 3Safety and Quality Manager from Air operator.
• Languages : Indonesian (fluent), English (good)
• Required experience: 10+ years within the Aviation industry with preference to experience in Oil and Gas Logistic, and operations.

  • LOLER & PUWER OPITO or equivalent training

• Required experience: 5+ years within the oil industry with experience
• Knowledge, Technical, and Professional Skills :
  • Knowledge of safe lifting operation.
  • Ability to provide technical advice related to lifting operation
  • Holds demonstrable industry experience in the planning, engineering and management of diverse/complex lifting operations.
