CONTRACT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage assigned contract in accordance with guidelines
• Accountable for contractual compliance
• Responsible for the customer satisfaction and maintain good relationship
• Prepare and endorse the annual O&M plan and evaluate its performance
• Prepares plant management report
• Plan and develop subordinates as per the required level of skills
• Responsible for QESH and Wartsila process implementation

REQUIREMENTS

• Min, Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Marine or Electrical Engineering
• Min. 7 years’ experiences at managerial level
• Able to manage a team
• Strong knowledge in managing power plant
• Strong leadership, management and communication skills
• Good planning, analysing, reporting and presentation skills
• Good financial knowledge

 

OPERATIONS MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To plan, lead, organize, coordinate and control all activities of the Operations department at power plant site
• Prepare power plant annual operating planning and production schedule
• Safe, reliable and efficient of power plant operation
• Preparation of operation management report and monthly energy billing
• Close coordination with Customer on production, load demand schedule and fuel & lube oil management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Marine or Electrical Engineering (preferably Mechanical)
• Min. 5 years experiences at managerial level in the power plant
• Good knowledge in 4 strokes engines, excellent in technical knowledge and power plant operation management
• Strong leadership, good management and communication skills
• Good analyzing, reporting skills, administrative and presentation skis

 

MAINTENANCE MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To plan, lead, organize, coordinate and control all activities of the Maintenance department at power plant site
• Ensure the performance targets of the plant are reached according to the contract in ownresponsibility area
• Prepare annual preventive maintenance and control related budget
• Safe, reliable and efficient of maintenance activities
• Preparation of maintenance management report

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Marine or Electrical Engineering (preferably Mechanical)
• Min. 5 years experiences at managerial level in the power plant
• Good knowledge in 4 strokes engines, excellent in technical knowledge and power plant operation management
• Strong leadership, good management and communication skills
• Good analyzing, reporting skills, administrative and presentation skis.

 

ACCOUNT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Achieving his/her own yearly budget on Sales, Margin and A/R in PLN/Private/IPP/LNG Segment
• Develop existing relations and create new relations with customers key people, especially with the decision makers
• Understand customers drivers for the industry and show creative thinking how this can contribute to our own business
• Identify, report and manage opportunities as well as potential risks detected in the assigned projects
• Understand the market trend, competitions, industry development, etc. and put into CRM tool as well.
• Collecting key customers feedback by planning, implement and make follow up action for CROL timely

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical and Marine Engineering
• Having experience min. 3 - 5 years with the same position
• Excellent selling skill
• Familiar with and comprehensive understanding of the Energy sector/generation, Engines and Service business
• Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Pro-active person who can look beyond the horizon to see how certain concepts can be developed to support customer as well as Wartsila business.

 

SHIFT SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise all operational activities in the power plant to ensure safe, reliable & efficient operations
• Coordinate all maintenance activities with the Maintenance Dept.
• Directly supervise Shift Operators
• Check & monitor all operating parameters

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Marine, Electrical Engineering
• Min. 3 years experience in handling power generation engine : Diesel/Gas/Dual Fuel engine
• Strong technical knowledge, good leadership / supervisory, a team player with excellent interpersonal skill, good analytical skill, excellent reporting skill
