On behalf of our respected client (the biggest petrochemical industry in Indonesia), we are currently seeking dynamic and hands-on professional to meet their future growth challenge, with details general requirements as follow:

DCS Engineer (Automation and Controls),

with detail as below :

Main Activities :

• Must be the contact with contractors for all project he has in charge
• Must follow the regulation in his speciality
• Must report to the designer
• Must define the technical solutions to be implemented; Hardware and Software
• Create or verify technical specifications for the purchase order and the work to be done if necessary
• Study the supplier proposal and participate in the selection of the applications in automation and supervision
• Participate at commissioning and start up systems
• Realize the backup of all software after each modification
• Realize the upgrade for each software when necessary
• Realize the documentation for each different system for a new installation or after have been modified

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Automation/Control engineering or equivalent from reputable university
• At least 8 years experience in Petrochemical/Chemical/Refining/Fertilizer
• Having sufficient experiences in handling DCS and PLC
• Language: English necessary, French an advantage
• Detail oriented with strong analytical, and problem solving skills

Process Engineer

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
• At least 10 years experience as a Process Engineer from the Refinery/ Petrochemical industry
• Process Engineering experience within a Refinery/ Petrochemical plant is required.
• Process Engineering and Hazardous Materials Engineering license or equivalent
• Good safety knowledge
• Experience reviewing plant design, operations, troubleshooting, control and optimization of chemical & physical advanced material process through systematic methods
• Good knowledge of basic operations within refinery and petrochemical plants, such as: material and energy balance calculations; process simulators
• Experience developing standard operation procedure (SOP) for Refinery/ Petrochemical process
