We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of:

Competency & Training Development Specialist

Nature & Scope:

• Job holder as Competency & Training Development specialist receives general guidance from Team Lead Operation Training & Certification and additional guidance from Team Lead Operation Competency related with Competency & Training’s strategy & activity.
• Report any inident and take necessary action
• Job holder has responsible to design and manage execution of Technical training and ensure the update record in Learning Management System.
• In general daily activities require the incumbent working independently and team

Education:

• D3\S1 majoring in any engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical, Instrument, Electrical or Petroleum Engineering.

Experience:

• D3 minimum  10  years’ experience in Operations & Maintenance of the Chemical, Oil and Gas industry
• S1 minimum   5   years’ experience in Operations & Maintenance of the Chemical, Oil and Gas industry

Principle Accountability:

• Optimize the use of available technology to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of training & competency program
• Identify and offer specific programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills  
• Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
• Conduct on-the-job training classes or training sessions to teach and demonstrate principles, techniques, procedures, or methods of designated subjects.
• Present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.
