Development Specialist

Main Responsibilities

• Organizing the objective & performance evaluation of all staff
• Organizing the segmentation process based on the requirement from Head Quarter
• Liasing with Department Managers in developing the Individual Development Plan.
• As the vocal point of Career Development Monitoring (CDM)
• Responsble for the internship program
• Other task required by Training & Development division.

Qualifications required

• Min. Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Degree in Organization, Change Management or HR is preferred.
• Having Experience in preparing the Career Development Monitoring (CDM)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Training & Development in Oil and Gas sector.
• Computer: Familiar with Microsoft Office
