General Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
• Excellent technical knowledge in drilling equipment & drilling process for onshore/offshore

• Comprehensive knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures

Driller with Cyberchair (Indonesian)

 

Skills:

• Technical knowledge in drilling equipment & drilling process for offshore operation

• Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling 
• Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig husbandry 
• Legislative safe work practice knowledge

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in the similar position and in Oil & Gas Industry

Education:

Minimum High School graduates or equivalent.

Certifications:

Rig Manager

Objective:

• Be responsible upon execution of drilling contract according to established policies, operational procedures, and QSHE standards, including maximizing Indonesian content.

General Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
• Excellent technical knowledge in drilling equipment & drilling process for onshore / offshore
• Comprehensive knowledge of safe working procedures in equipment handling 
• Comprehensive knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures 
• Perform assigned duties in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the Company Policy and good rig husbandry 
• Good communication skills

• Ensure the smoothness of rig operation by establishing a specific working program and controlling day to day field operation activities.

• Excellent knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of safe working procedures in equipment handling

Chief Electric (Indonesian)

 

Objective:

• Providing maintenance follow up and repair for all electrical (drilling) equipment in order to ensure smoothness of drilling execution with optimal performances.

General Requirements:

• Excellent technical knowledge in drilling machinery & Drilling process for onshore/offshore 
• Excellent knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures 
• Excellent knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling 
• Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig husbandry 
• Able to work under pressure & by shift 
• Minimum 5 years in similar position in Oil & Gas Industry

 

Chief Mechanic (Indonesian)

Objective:

• Provides follow up maintenance and repair for all mechanical (drilling) equipment in order to ensure smoothness of drilling execution with optimal performances

General Requirements:

• Excellent technical knowledge in drilling machinery & Drilling process for onshore/offshore
• Excellent knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures 
• Excellent knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling 
• Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig husbandry 
• Able to work under pressure & by shift 
• Minimum 5 years in the similar position in Oil & Gas Industry

 

Tourpusher

 

Objective:

• Ensure the smoothness of drilling onshore/offshore operations for 12 hours shift.

General Requirements:

• Familiar with 2000HP and above Rig as well as electronic Top Drive and Drilling Instrumentation 
• Technical knowledge in drilling equipment & drilling process for offshore/onshore 
• Understand the Legislative safe work practice knowledge 
• Thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures 
• Thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling 
• Able to perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner and in accordance with Company Policy and good rig husbandry

 

Driller (Indonesian)

 

Objective:

• Ensure the smoothness of drilling execution and optimal outputs by providing direction to the crew.

General Requirements:

• Maximum 40 years old 
• Good team player 
• Proficiency in English 
• Minimum senior high school graduates or equivalent 
• 5 years experiences in oil & gas industry 
• Willing to be posted in any areas/province/country where the project operates

Detailed Requirements:

• Familiar with 2000 HP and above Rig as well as electronic Top Drive and Drilling Instrumentation
• Technical knowledge in drilling equipment & drilling process for offshore/onshore
• Understand the Legislative safe work practice knowledge 
• Thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures
