Legal Officer

• Male or female max 40 years old of age
• Min 5 years of experience in supervisory level
• Mastering technical knowledge on corporate law and contracts, legal due diligent, issues and regulatory changes
• Proven track record in contract negotiating and drafting
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result driven
• English is a must
