Tax Manager (Jakarta)

Requirements

• Plan, advise, and implement strategic tax planning and reviewing of complex tax returns
• Prior experience 10 years
• Experience in leading a team and advising senior management
• Experience within a projects based industry is preferable

 

Sales Customer Service (Jakarta)

Requirements

 

• Familiar with ERP System
• Receive telephone/email orders and enter them into the system in a timely manner
• Identify issues through customer contact and when necessary connect customer to other departments for resolution
• Support any activities related with invoices
• Review inventory management customers daily and place orders when requirements indicate a new order is needed
• Possess the ability to prioritize tasks each day so that the most important are completed to maximizecustomer satisfaction and profitability
• Receive customer calls and place phone orders using a pleasant and helpful strategy

 

Weld Track Data Analyst (East Java) - 2 months contract

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree - Information System/Engineering
• Min 5 years of experience in the field
• Expert in Microsoft Excel & Access
• Understand QC piping process flow

 

Weld Track Data Input (East Java) - 2 months contract

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree - Information System/Engineering
• Min 5 years of experience in the field
• Expert in Microsoft Excel & Access
• Understand QC piping process flow

 

Pipe Fitter (East Java) - 2 months contract

 

Plant Superintendent (Kalimantan) - rotational basis

Requirements

• Operating experience of DCS & PLC dynamic control systems and Cryogenics
• Ability to understand P&ID-PFD-ISO-Wiring schematics
• Minimum 6 years in similar jobs
• Overall coordination of all the operational activities together with the maintenance Planner, Control Room and Field Operations Specialists
• Monitor at all times gas supplying and production volumes and conditions
• Coordinate regular operations, start-ups and shut downs (emergency, programmed)

 

Camp boss (Kalimantan) - rotational basis

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in similar jobs
• Daily audit of camp facility to insure HSE policies are followed
• Ensure good housekeeping in all areas of the camp
• Enforce safety rules and regulations at site
• Keep daily records of personnel on board
• Coordinate logistics with head office to ensure safe transportation of staff and equipment
• Coordinate with HSE for waste management and safety issues

 

 Operation Supervisor (Kalimantan) - rotational basis

Requirements

• Minimum6years in similar jobs
• Overall coordination of all the operational activities together with the Plant Superintendent, Assistant Operations Supervisor, Control Room and Field Operations Specialists
• Monitor at all times gas supplying and production volumes and conditions
• Liaise with gas supplier and product storage (FSO-BOT)
• Coordinate regular operations, start-ups and shut downs (emergency, programmed)
