Adaro Power is effectively 100% owned by PT. Adaro Energy Tbk., the largest public listed integrated coal mining and services company in Indonesia that ranks among the top five exporters of thermal coal globally.

The Group is the largest single-site coal producer in the southern hemisphere and has three operating mine areas (namely Paringin, Tutupan, and Wara). The group also has a 25% interest in a joint venture with BHP in 7 coking coal concessions in Central Kalimantan.

ELECTRICAL TEAM LEADER

Job responsibilities

Responsible for developing electrical designs and schedule for the power plant project’s special facilities construction including to manage the design, construction and maintenance of various electrical systems and components in buildings and structures to ensure it is in accordance with the company’s electrical technical standards as well as relevant building codes and safety regulations.

• Develop technical electrical standards for the construction of special and power plant electrical facilities (transmission tower, switchyard, substation, etc.) and to provide daily and weekly progress reports.
• Develop and propose electrical designs for the construction of special facilities and to coordinate the designs with the EPC contractors to ensure construction is done accordingly.
• Review and analyze issues on the designs of special facilities construction and to develop recommendations for follow up actions to ensure the issues are accurately and swiftly addressed.
• Coordinate and provide instructions to EPC contractor regarding the construction of special facilities which has been agreed upon by the C&I and E Engineering Manager to ensure construction is done as according to the agreed design.
• Review and recommend cost-effective equipment modification to be supplied by EPC contractors to help improve performance, reliability and safety.
• Monitor contractor performance and progress based on the construction schedule for special facilities and to report as well as to provide recommendations for any issues on the construction to ensure that the project is completed on schedule.

Job requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Electrical Engineering (Diploma Degree with many years of experience are welcome to apply)
• Minimum 4 years experience in similar position
• Required Competencies : Electrical Engineering Design, Project Management, System Analysis
• Good communication, leadership and managerial skills
• Good command in English both oral and written
• Willing to be located at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan

COMMUNITY RELATION SUPERVISOR

Job responsibilities

3. Mediating between the community and the company
4. Collecting informations, feedbacks, and suggestions from the communities around company's operation

Job requirement

1. Minimum Diploma degree of Social Science
2. Minimum 2 (two) years related position as Community Relation or Corporate Social Responsibilities Supervisor
3. Have a deep knowledge about public relation
4. Excellent command in English both oral and written
5. Excellent skill in writing and reporting
6. Have a good knowledge about photograpy, film maker, film maker software, etc, is advantegeus

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF

Job responsibilities

• Verify payment transactions and prepare payment vouchers.
• Prepare accounting journals, ledgers, and other records detailing financialtransactions.
• Prepare monthly stand-alone and consolidated financial statements in an accurate and timely manner.
• Manage petty cash transactions.
• Monitor bank balance and perform bank reconciliation on monthly basis. 

Job requirement

• Possess at least Bachelor Degree in accounting from reputable university with minimum GPA 3,00.
• Familiar with tax regulation in Indonesia.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good analytical skills.
