OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE ENGINEER
(OH IH ENGINEER)

Work location: PHE WMO – Jakarta Office based
Department: HSSE

Summary Position:

To plan, assure, analyze, develop, supervise and monitor management system and program design for Health-occupational health & industrial hygiene for management and all employees, in order to prevent, protect and promote health as well as the excellent level of productivity.

Key Accountabilities:

• To conduct planning, assuring, designing, coordinating, analyzing, implementing and regular supervising/monitoring health management system and programs design of the company, including occupational health, industrial hygiene and medical refer to ISRS-8 level 7, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and Government regulations.
• To ensure and monitor the OH IH program reports analysis of work related health-occupational health & industrial hygiene (maintains relevant confidential working related medical records) to the highest professional standard, to Company Management and employees
• To ensure management and employees to their highest health level by designing & conducting health programs and assuring fitness for work/task assessment and health surveillance/health impact assessment both in Jakarta Office and Operation by coordination with related parties
• Responsible for assurance and coordination with parties concerned all aspects (physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, psychological), including periodic inspection and assessment as well as assuring/monitoring of health standards and related matters as well as reporting results to Management with recommendation/plans for improvements.
• To ensure and assist conducting occupational health and industrial hygiene assessment/monitoring and investigation at all Company areas along with all health track program
• To direct and coordinate the arrangement for medical emergency response plan when required and monitor medical drills
• Actively prepare and execute for occupational health & industrial hygiene campaign programs including in-house health training and socialization
• Develop related occupational health and industrial hygiene procedures and work instructions as well as performing health reporting and record management analysis and recommendations.
• To carries out control of food, water and sanitation analysis issues

Requirements:

• Minimum Professional Degree in Medicine and Master of Occupational Health & Safety/Occupational Medicine
• Have 7 years related experience in Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene Management for oil & gas industry
• Must have knowledge of Medical/Clinical, Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene, ISRS-8 level 7 and OHSAS 18001.
• Must have valid STR, Hiperkes, ATLS, ACLS
• Language Proficiency in English; fluent in speaking and writing
• Computer Literacy
