SENIOR MARKETING SUPERVISOR

Work location : PT MEP – Central Jakarta Office based

Department : Marketing

Summary Position:

To perform all goods marketing activities including bidding process (tender, direct selection and direct appointment), in order to ensure goods sales is conducted in accordance with applicable marketing regulations meet stakeholders expectation within sales revenue standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• To facilitate marketing management and contracting strategy as well as review market assessment in order to ensure availability of market with proper price.
• To develop marketing method and strategy, in order to ensure effective and efficient marketing process in line with Government’s regulations, Company’s policies, Client Requirement.
• To prepare and finalize best quality of project contract documents (PO, Price Agreement, Call of Order, Technical Specifications, Time Proggress, etc), in order to obtain qualified market with best price.
• To organize end to end marketing process (both internal and external processes), in order to ensure the process comply with applicable internal and external marketing guidelines and other related regulations.
• To reporting all activities marketing, target achievement, sales revenue, action plan of marketing, in order ensure maximum benefit for company.
• To optimize the utilization of client master list during marketing process, in order to ensure contract of project receive maximum revenue with the best price.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Maximum having 8 years of working experience in O&G industry with minimum 4 years of working experiences at similar job.
• Understanding of business process in O&G industry Marketing Management.
• Understanding about processing, seismic data analysis, etc.
• Familiar to operating of computer & english communication.
