Sr. COST CONTROL ENGINEER

Requirements :

1. Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering discipline
2. Minimum 10 years in EPC or Oil & Gas company
3. Good English communication skill both oral & writing
4. Strong leadership & good personality

Responsibilities :

1. Prepare Overall Project Budget.
2. Prepare and analysis Project Cash Flow.
3. Maintaining and controlling overall Project Budget.
4. Coordination, development and maintenance of project cost control documentation.
5. Monitoring, up-dating, analyzing and reporting Cost Status, Predicted Cost and Change Order.
6. Analyzing trends and developing options for corrective action (early identification of deviations from budget through trending and analysis).
7. Reporting any potential problems which might affect budgets and to propose necessary corrective action.
8. Review vendor’s or subcontractor’s invoice with regard to quantities and contractual term (price, term of payment, document to be provided, etc).
