BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Description:

• Meet order intake targets
• Ensure the development of sustainable relationships with new and existing clients, throughout the lifecycle (from the initial stage of tendering, contract development, project execution and through closeout)
• Ensure compliance of partners and commercial agents with Group principles
• Manage, lead and/or assist as required in the strategy development and the actual negotiation of technical, commercial and contractual issues with customers and suppliers
• Identify, review and negotiate Master Service Agreements and align these with corporate policies, liaising with Contracts, Legal and senior management as required
• Work closely with the Operations heads to identify project needs for commercial and technical engagement and to define acceptable parameters and limitations in the acquisition and execution of those projects
• Develop a commercial strategy & contribute to technical strategy for all major tenders and project acquisition targets
• Participates in tendering activities
• Develop and maintain a complete understanding of the business environment, market trends, drivers and issues that will impact the business

Job Requirements:

• Indonesian
• Subsea Experience
• A minimum of a Degree in Engineering or Business degree with 8 years experience in business development
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• Project management experience will be an added advantage.
• Good networking skills and ability to build sustainable business relationships
• Ability to interact with clients and internal management with high degree of credibility
• Experience in strategy formulation
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Effective selling and negotiation skills
• Good computer skills

PROJECT MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE

• Mainly responsible for the realization of the set targets for multidisciplinary projects within the oil and gas market.
• With a focus on the project lead time, finance, risk control, result, quality and off course safety.
• Design, Construction and Supervision projects.
• Ensuring timely and satisfactory completion of plans and specifications.
• You are a generalist, with the technical experience to understand the substantive projects challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for defining the scope with the client, and making sure this scope is clear for all involved disciplines.
• Represent the client towards its principals and third parties
• Supporting the Head Manager for Oil & Gas division
• Manage projects through Front end studies and execution of the project.

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• At least a Bachelors degree in Engineering;
• At least 10 years work experience of which 7 as a Project Manager of multidisciplinary engineering projects in oil and/or gas;
• Experience with managing Engineering projects in the office and managing construction on site;
• Experience with managing (international) stakeholders;
• Solid understanding of Oil & Gas Engineering (CSR, BfD, FEED, DD, DR, Hazop,...)
• Multidisciplinary thinking is a must and if necessary you can redirect a department/ discipline.
• Fluent in English.
