Sr. Process Engineer

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Process simulation of physical fluid properties
2. Steady state computer simulation of the process
3. Steady state computer simulation of multiphase flow through subsea pipeline.
4. Design of appropriate systems to meet the requirements.
5. Safety Analysis and review
6. Process Equipment Sizing
7. Process philosophy, cause & effect study.
8. Development of process/utility flow diagrams, heat & material balances, P&IDs, process criteria data and process data sheet for following systems:
   1. Oil/Produced Water/Gas separation and dehydration
   2. Gas compression
   3. Sales gas metering
   4. Utilities
   5. Performing process studies (eg. Hydrate, corrosion, blow down, radiation)

Requirements

1. Hold a recognized degree in Chemical engineering
2. Have an experience on process design engineering in the offshore oil and gas industry form minimum of 8 (eight) years
3. Fluent in Indonesian & English Language (oral & written)
4. Have a comprehensive knowledge and experience in:
   1. Relevant International Standards and Codes of Practice such as API, ANSI, ISA, ASME, NACE, etc.
   2. Detailed knowledge of phase behavior, equations of state, phase envelopes of gas and oil components (C1 – C6 and C7+) H2, C02, H2S, H20, C7+ characterization.
   3. Steady state computer simulation of the process (such as Hysis, Pipesym, Flarenet, others).
   4. Steady state computer simulation of multiphase flow through subsea pipeline.
   5. Designing of appropriate systems to meet the requirements.
   6. Process Equipment Sizing
   7. Process philosophy, cause & effect study.
   8. Development of process/utility flow diagrams, heat & material balances, P&IDs, process criteria data and process data sheet for following systems:
   9. Oil/Produced Water/Gas separation and dehydration
   10. Gas compression
   11. Sales gas metering
   12. Utilities
   13. Performing process studies (eg. Hydrate, corrosion, blow down, radiation)
5. Candidate from outside Jakarta is welcome to apply however test and interview will be conducted in Jakarta, therefore candidate must agree to come to Jakarta under their own expenses.

Instrument Drafter

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Provide instrument layout using proper software (2D AutoCAD and 3D Model/PDMS)
2. Drafting instrument diagram and standard drawing (hook-up), system block diagram, instrument plan, instrument equipment, instrument level Sketch, Instrument termination drawing, loop diagram, panel arrangement and instrument installation detail.
3. Review P&ID, piping plan, framing structure, etc.

Requirements

1. Min. Senior High School.
2. Has min. 2 (two) years of experience in project in the position, drafting and designing. Experience in construction of Instrument, Control (PLC/DCS) and Telecommunication for Oil and Gas facilities will be an advantage
3. Able to operate engineering software for discipline (2D AutoCAD and 3D Model/PDMS)
4. Able to work on own initiative and within a team
5. Ability to cope in a positive and productive manner within a high pressure environment, while handling a large amount of detail as expected in projects with aggressive schedule

1. This is full time position for 1 (one) year contract and will be based in Jakarta.
