Main Roles :
- Conduct training & development activities.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis.
- Develop training and development plan based on Performance Management Results
- Managing training & development administration and scheduling.
Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or related.
- Min. 2 years experience in Training or Development area
- Location in Jakarta, willing to travel
HR SPECIALIST – PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Main Roles :
Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of performance management system and implementation
Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or related.
- Min. 2 years experience in Performance Management area
- Have experience in the application of Balanced Score Card & Performance Management System

HR SPECIALIST – COMPETENCY & ASSESSMENT
Main Roles :
- Managing the compliance of competency, both technical and soft competency
- Initiate and facilitate line managers to analyze competency of individual employee against the organization expectations in order to identify their development needs and career planning.
Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or related.
- Min. 2 years experience in Competency & Assessment Area
- Basic knowledge in assessment concept and interview

COMMERCIAL ANALYST
Jobdesc :
Lead a tender preparation process, set the offer price based on calculations and analysis using the latest methods of financing with considering also aspects of engineering, project management, operation & maintenance, legal, sourcing, SMK3, and should be aligned with financial indicators requested by management.
Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Project Financing and Techno Commercial
- Knowing Tender Regulation (PTK Migas, SK Dir PLN, etc.) will be advantage
- Experience in power system industry or power plant business are preferable
FAILURE ANALYSIS ENGINEER
Main Roles :
- Performing failure/root cause analysis on failed parts & unit component.
- Delivery suggestion & procedure to avoid repeated, early, and major failure
Qualification :
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Min. 2-3 years experience as Failure Analyst in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Industry.
- Analytical thinking, Strong initiative and attention to detail
- Location based in Jakarta, willing to travel
