Qualification and Background

• Engineering Degree or Equivalent graduate from recognized in related Engineering discipline
• Min 10 years’ experience in oil & gas industry or petrochemical Industry and 8 years in similar Position
• Experience involved in a similar conversion project or FPSO Topsides yard with value of ,500MUSD
• Good understanding of construction/ Fabrication/ installation sequence of FPSO conversion or topside fabrication
• Experience in said discipline for fabrication engineering control and surveillance of contractor fabrication activities and Pre-commissioning
• Exposure and good understanding of international standards and codes Such as ASME 313, ASNIE 3.1.8, ASME8 DIV 1 for piping /structure. ASME8 DIV 1.API610, API682, API574, API575 for mechanical...)
• Good understanding of construction/ Fabrication/ installation sequence of an onshore and offshore project, ability to control and challenge program schedule
• Good Communication and Computer skills.
• Fluent in English is mandatory, written and spoken
• Specific qualification for:
  1. NDT Supervisor PCN level II or COFREND Equivalent. CSWIP level II accepted IASNT level II only accepted or structural Piping Job) - in house certification not accepted.
  2. Welding Supervisor: Graduated from welding engineering school or certificated welding inspector (Minimum Level II) form recognized institution (PCN Level II or COFREND equivalent)
