Piping Material Engineer

1. Create/ develop piping class.
2. Create piping data sheet.
3. Create piping specification.

Specification :

• Have experience min. 5 year in oil & gas or EPC company
• Prepares piping specification, pipe classes,
• Prepares datasheets for all piping special items like special valves, strainers, traps, flame arrestors etc
• Has good knowledge of piping material selection and develops piping service class index in consultation with corrosion engineer and process engineer.
• Has good knowledge of Code for Pressure Piping, ASME 31.3, ASME 31.1, ASTM, ANSI, API standards and applies these requirements on projects.
• Knowledge of manufacturers’ standards for piping components
• Prepares RFQ for all piping bulks, valves, SP items.
• Reviews offers against RFQs for all piping material
• Prepares bid tab.
• Good knowledge of piping bulks Indian industry current practices
• Assists all interfacing, engineering and construction groups in the area of piping material.
• Advises on all technical deviations of piping material proposed by vendors, site.
• Able to work in a team environment across multiple offices and work sites and demonstrate effective communication.
• Ensures communication flow, both verbal and written, is maintained within Piping Engineering and other design, engineering, and purchasing disciplines.

Senior Finance & Accounting Officer

Responsibilities :

• Supervising and directing the finance functions, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, check processing and cost accounting by using the Zahir Accounting system and excel spreadsheets as necessary.
• Prepares periodic reports, reviews and reconciles data, and participates in the development of specialized financial data.
• Oversees and prepares entries and adjustments to records, files, and statements.
• Assists with financial and variance analyses, board packet information, and annual budget preparation, including ; monitoring, and reforecasting.
• Communicates with accounting team to ensure necessary corrections are made.
• Ensures that finance functions are completed in accordance with established policies and standards and related governmental requirements.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• 4 or more years of Senior Finance & Accounting experience at Oil & Gas or EPC Company
• Understanding of Accounting and Finance processes required.
• General understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Ability to proficiently operate computer and related software packages (Microsoft Access, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project, Internet tools).
• Ability to communicate effectively through email or phone with support personnel and management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Prefer someone who has EPC experience.

QC Manager

The Quality Assurance shall responsible for specifying requirement in term of Project Quality Assurance & Quality Control.

To meet the minimum requirement of this position, the Quality Assurance shall have a degree educated or qualified in related engineering field. Experience in Quality Management, developing Quality procedures and Reporting for Major Project. He/she shall have a good understanding of all applicable codes, standard and specifications relate to Quality Assurance, and he/she shall have skill as well as superior in written and verbal communication.
