To support its progressive growth and build the organizational capability, Eni Muara Bakau BV is looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following positions:

 

Subsea Structure Fabrication and Installation Superintendent

Purpose

  • To support the company Development Team during Project Execution Phase in the engineering, design, fabrication and testing (performed by Contractor) of subsea structure system (Manifold, SSIV, PLET, FLET etc), ensuring that Project requirements, industry standards and best practices for safety, reliability and cost are met;
  • To ensure delivery of the subsea structure system (including connection system and related foundations) in line with the Project objectives;
  • To review the specification, design and supply (performed by Contractor) of the subsea structure System (including tie in/connection system), ensuring that Project objectives, industry standards and best practices for safety, reliability and cost are met;
  • To ensure the subsea structure system performance, install ability and operability;
  • To ensure that the subsea structure system technical interfaces with other systems or activities of the Project are considered by the Contractor at all times;
  • Perform Site visit and interfacing with the Contractor and other package (RFI and SPS package);
  • To assist, if required, on the preparation of user manual and installation procedure by Contractor and assist installation campaign;
  • To interface with COMPANY Project Interface Engineer to manage and expedite all the RFI Contractor interfaces with other Project Contractors;
  • Follow-on the fabrication activities with supporting the Site Representative or the Inspector;
  • Assure compliance of RFI Contractor with job standards and specifications for the discipline;
  • Technical follow-on/troubleshooting during construction, installation, commissioning and start-up;
  • Support the Offshore Work Package Leader in the engineering review and approval, expediting and inspection at Fabrication site during the fabrication and offshore installation assistance.
  • Willing to be placed in our fabrication and installation contractor

 

Piping Supervisor

Purpose

  • Engineering supervision of mechanical work completion by contractors according to Method Statement.
  • Control that construction schedule is followed by contractors.
  • Control construction plans and quality control.
  • Technical acceptance of completed mechanical work and facilities and as-built documentation

Main Responsibilities

  • On behalf of Client implement engineering supervision over mechanical work and acceptance of completed projects from contactors.
  • Control work planning of capital construction progress, compliance with work scope, terms and quality of mechanical work, and also quality of used materials, tools, structures approved by project documentation, drawings, construction standards and codes, technical specifications, safety rules.
  • Participate in solving issues related to engineering changes into projects due to implementation of more progressive technologies, structural-spacial concept ensuring cost reduction and enhancement of performance rates of construction and reconstruction projects. 
  • Participate in reviewing and coordinating engineering changes arising in course of construction, efficient solving issues on replacement of materials, tools, structures, if required (without quality lack in construction projects).
  • Study reasons leading to terms disruption and poor quality of mechanical work, take measures to prevent and eliminate them.
  • Carry out technical acceptance of completed mechanical work and facilities, prepare engineering documentation required.
  • Participate in acceptance commissions for construction projects and their handover to operation.
  • Control quality of elimination by construction companies of outstanding issues, defects within the period established by the commission. 
  • Maintain records of completed mechanical work and prepare data required for reporting capital construction plans.
  • Co-ordinate specialists and inspectors in order to make them effectively perform their duties and in a timely manner and carry out effective work organisation.
  • Inquire and receive materials and documents required related to the position work scope within the frame of his competence.
  • Report to the Department Management of all defects detected within the frame of his competence.
  • Put forward proposals to optimise work performance in respect of duties specified by the Job description.

Qualifications required

  • The job holder must have an Engineering or technical degree.
  • Experience in Project Engineering in a major oil and gas company
  • Not less than 5-7 years of working experience in oil & gas industry, both offshore and onshore.
  • Not less than 3 years of experience of working with contractors and supervising the contractors.
  • Working in a prior similar role would be beneficial.

 

Manifold Site Representative

Purpose

  • To supervise the onshore fabrication of manifolds and SSIVs ensuring that contractor works are performed according to project specifications, budget and schedule and respecting all the relevant QA standards and HSEQ procedures and regulations
  • To learn and became confident with all COMPANY standards and Project Specification in order to verify Contractor compliance;
  • To ensure that the SSIV, manifolds and ROV tools technical interfaces with other systems or activities of the Project are considered by the Contractor at all times;
  • Perform Site inspection and interfacing with the Contractor;
  • To ensure delivery of the SSIV, manifolds and ROV tools with the Project schedule and objectives.
  • To assist the preparation of user manual and installation procedure by Contractor and assist installation campaign.
  • To interface with COMPANY Project Interface Engineer to manage and expedite all the SPS Contractor interfaces with other Project Contractors.
  • Follow-on the construction activities of the discipline supporting the Site Representative or the Inspector
  • Attendance during construction and installation activates at site.
  • Assure compliance of SPS Contractor with job standards and specifications for the discipline.
  • Technical follow-on/troubleshooting during construction, installation, commissioning and start-up
  • on site assistance (drilling rig, construction vessel, FPU) to Company, with the follow up of the Vendor personnel;
  • Support the SPS Work Package Leader in the expediting and inspection at Vendor site during the construction and offshore installation assistance.
  • To supervise manifold and SSIV installation activities, monitoring contractor performance, assuring the application of all the relevant HSEQ and QA procedures, and providing technical support as required

Responsibilities

  • Timeliness and accuracy of fabrication control information provided, including: cost control information, executed works compliance to project technical specifications, work progress certification
  • Supervising the fabrication site
  • Alerting the project development team in case of fabrication major problems
  • Dealing with contractors to solve minor problems and assure fabrication completion according to schedule, specifications and budget
  • Specialists support visits on site organization
  • Fabrication weekly and monthly reports preparation
  • Close-out report preparation
  • Material and equipment supplies control
  • Work progress certification
  • Preparation of third parties authorities site visits and audits
  • Third parties authorities interface management and certification activities follow-up
  • Ensuring Delivery of the manifold and ROV tools in line with the Project objectives, technical interfaces, schedule and other related requirements.
  • Daily site monitoring and interfacing with contractor and reporting to the SPS Work Package Leader;
  • Witnessing of acceptance tests for all the SSIV, Manifold system and ROV tools Scope of Supply (FAT,EFAT, SIT)
  • Daily reporting to SPS Work Package Lead
  • Monitoring and reporting fabrication progress to the SPS Work Package Manager;
  • Ensure that all internal and external Interfaces (especially with RFI) are correctly managed by Contractor;
  • Support to offshore installation, commissioning and production start-up
  • Timeliness and accuracy of installation control information provided, including: cost control information, executed works compliance to project technical specifications, work progress certification
  • Monitoring installation activities controlling that their execution is in line with project plans and highlighting any possible deviations suggesting possible solutions
  • Verifying installation works compliance with project specifications, company procedures (including HSEQ)
  • Preparation of daily installation reports
  • Contractors daily progress report review and acceptance
  • Managing supervision team verifying that all the installation activities are performed according to specifications
  • Interfacing with the installation contractor during offshore operations
  • Verify the compliance of installation activities with the relevant HSEQ regulations

Qualifications required

  • The job holder must have Engineering degree (Mechanical & Instrumentation engineering).
  • Experience in Project Engineering in a major oil and gas company for Subsea System (SSIV, Manifolds & ROV Tie-in system)
  • Not less than 7 years of working experience in oil & gas industry in Subsea Projects
  • Not less than 5 years of experience of working with contractors and supervising the contractors.
  • At least 2 similar activities (subsea EPC Project follow-up)
  • Willing to be located in Batam (rotational work schedule)  

Operation Supervisor

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for control and monitor platform production operations of all Eni’s Jangkrik facilities. Production will be conducted in safe manner with maximizing uptime and field production efficiency while minimizing the total maintenance cost and meet daily production target whilst complying with company guidelines and legal requirements to deliver highest value to stakeholder without compromise to safe operating principals.
  • To managing respective people and organization with relevant administration and report, also managing EHS function in the respective department.
  • To support the development project activities relevant to the Jangkrik project – Production aspects both onshore and offshore with focus on construction, commissioning, and logistic issues of new oil & gas production facilities, ensuring the pre-commissioning, commissioning phase and startup operations of facilities are conducted in safe, effective, and efficiently manner with meeting the company target and to the satisfaction of all parties
  • To coordinating and support maintenance to guarantee the prompt, safe, and environment respecting execution of all Front Line Maintenance and Maintenance activities.

Qualifications required

  • Minimum education: degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Familiar with microsoft office
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 7 years of oil & gas industry experience

 

Senior Electrical Engineer

Purpose

  • Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Senior Electrical/Instrument Engineer is responsible to provide Engineering advice and support to maximize the Operations’ efficiency of Eni’s Jangkrik facilities (JKK – JKNE Complex). Senior Electrical /Instrument Engineer will conducted in safe manner with maximizing field production efficiency while minimizing the total maintenance cost (production downtime, spare parts, man power, etc) and meet daily production targets whilst complying with company guidelines and legal requirements.
  • To Managing respective people and organization with relevant administration and report, also managing EHS function in the respective department.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide electrical and instrumentation engineering support to operations and maintenance teams.
  • Proactively identify and develop ideas for improvements to the E&I system that can add value to the asset.
  • Provide operations E&I input and support to future field development.
  • Engineer and design E&I modifications to gas plant and offshore facilities
  • Develop technical skills to improve capabilities.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analyses for significant equipment failures
  • Develop operating procedures and guidelines
  • Managing relevant reporting and administration work based on the needs of the respective organization (including data recording, correspondence, etc. - based on the function of this position).
  • Coordinator of production engineering advice and support to maximize operation’s efficiency.
  • Focal point for production engineering support to field operations.
  • Assist with preparation of short term and long term production forecasting.
  • Assist in preparation and maintenance of annual operation’s team budget
  • Improve existing techniques for reporting production efficiency.  Provide feedback on asset performance to senior management, business partners and government.
  • Create profiles with subsurface to confirm future facility capacity requirements.
  • Demonstrate appropriate safety behaviours and commitment to environmental policies
  • Ensure production activities are carried out in compliance with all relevant procedures and legal requirements
  • Using experience and knowledge to lead investigate and rectify operational problems.
  • Proactively analyse field data and develop action plans to improve production performance that can add value to the asset through improved reliability and uptime.
  • To ensure safe start up and shutdown of process facilities.
  • Progress all MOC (Management of Change)’s including gaining technical and budgetary approval and interfacing with facility and Project Engineering ensuring that all changes to equipment design, type or functions are controlled by application of applicable company Management of Change procedure.
  • Develop Plant Operating Procedures and guidelines for all JKK & JKNE operation facility
  • Ensure that all operation tasks are carried out according to Company’s established policies, procedures and professional standards
  • Ensure appropriate risk assessments are carried out for all operation activities, with particular attention to recognizing the impact of change.
  • Apply the lessons learned from design reviews, receiving inspections, and risk management findings and support team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices
  • Ensuring the confidentiality of the company’s documentation.
  • As company Radiation Protection Officer ( RPO ) role

Qualifications required

  • Minimum education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the use and application of electrical and instrumentation simulation software
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 7 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience

 

HSE Supervisor

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible to establish and ensure implementation of operation HSE Management on Eni’s Jangkrik facilities 
  • To ensure that all field and office operations are in accordance with HSE regulations, policies, standards and best practices, thereby assuring the safety of personnel, company, the environment and community.
  • Ensure implementation of HSE management system on the project & operation
  • Establish operation HSE plan including HSE policy in accordance with the company policy and continually improve it
  • To managing respective people and organization with relevant administration and report, also managing EHS function in the respective department.
  • To support the development project activities relevant to the Jangkrik project – Production aspects both onshore and offshore with focus on construction, commissioning, and logistic issues of new oil & gas production facilities, ensuring the pre-commissioning, commissioning phase and startup operations of facilities are conducted in safe, effective, and efficiently manner with meeting the company target and to the satisfaction of all parties

Qualifications required

  • Minimum education: Bachelor degree in Engineering
  • Experience and understanding technical HSE (P&ID, HAZOP, SIL HSE MOC process etc.)
  • Minimum 10 years of oil & gas industry experience (preferable)
  • English language

 

Marine and Logistic Superintendent

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall marine operation, marine maintenance and FPU Logistic coordinator during full life of the production plant.
  • To coordinating and support maintenance to guarantee the prompt, safe and environment respecting execution of all Front Line Marine Maintenance activities.
  • Manage FPU vessel operation & maintenance, supply vessels movement, logistic supply handling, helicopter handling, and control FPU's condensate & ballast system.
  • Ensure all marine & logistic acvities are carried out in compliance with all relevant procedures and legal requirements.
  • To managing respective people and organization with relevant administration and report, also managing EHS function in the respective department.
  • To support the development project activities relevant to the Jangkrik project – Production aspects both onshore and offshore with focus on construction, commissioning, and logistic issues of new oil & gas production facilities, ensuring the pre-commissioning, commissioning phase and startup operations of facilities are conducted in safe, effective, and efficiently manner with meeting the company target and to the satisfaction of all parties
  • To coordinating and support maintenance to guarantee the prompt, safe, and environment respecting execution of all Front Line Maintenance and Maintenance activities.

Qualifications required

  • Minimum education: Bachelor degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, or Class-1 Marine Engineer
  • Familiar with microsoft office
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 7 years of oil & gas industry experience or have worked as chief engineering in coastal / foreign going vessels for at least one year or hold the certificate of competency as Master having commanded coastal / foreign going vessels with over 3000 GRT for at least one year

 

Production Support Supervisor

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for control and monitor Onshore production operations onshore Eni’s Jangkrik facilities (ORF) and ensure the Operability and Maintainability philosophy application during full life of the production plant.
  • To coordinating and support maintenance to guarantee the prompt, safe and environment respecting execution of all ORF Front Line Maintenance and maintenance activities.
  • Manage daily onshore operation and manage activity General Support, ORF Operator & ORF Maintenance
  • To managing respective people and organization with relevant administration and report, also managing EHS function in the respective department.
  • To support the development project activities relevant to the Jangkrik project – Production aspects both onshore and offshore with focus on construction, commissioning, and logistic issues of new oil & gas production facilities, ensuring the pre-commissioning, commissioning phase and startup operations of facilities are conducted in safe, effective, and efficiently manner with meeting the company target and to the satisfaction of all parties
  • To coordinating and support maintenance to guarantee the prompt, safe, and environment respecting execution of all Front Line Maintenance and Maintenance activities.

Maintenance Planner / Scheduler

Main Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Maintenance Report and Control Coordinator, Maintenance / Planner is responsible for providing planning and scheduling as required by maintenance & operation team, within a multi-disciplined, multi-tasking team operations and maintenance Eni’s Jangkrik facilities. Planning & scheduling will conducted in safe manner with maximizing field production efficiency while minimizing the total maintenance cost (production downtime, spare parts, man power, etc.) and meet daily productions target whilst complying with company guidelines and legal requirements.
  • To prepare & monitor optimized maintenance work execution plans to meet safety, cost, quality and schedule targets using the approved process of maintenance and operation strategy.
  • To managing respective people and organization with relevant administration and report, also managing EHS function in the respective department.
  • To support the development project activities relevant to the Jangkrik project – Production aspects both onshore and offshore with focus on construction, commissioning, and logistic issues of new oil & gas production facilities, ensuring the pre-commissioning, commissioning phase and startup operations of facilities are conducted in safe, effective, and efficiently manner with meeting the company target and to the satisfaction of all parties
  • To coordinating and support maintenance to guarantee the prompt, safe, and environment respecting execution of all Front Line Maintenance and Maintenance activities.

Qualifications required

Technical Leader

Purpose

To ensure the effective evaluation of the hydrocarbon potential of the assigned area/project, optimizing time-schedules, use of resources, exploratory costs and technical quality.

Responsibilities

  • To plan and coordinate the execution of exploration activities in an assigned project, either in licensed acreage (operated and non operated) and in open or third-party licensed acreage that is or may be of interest to the Company. The objective is to conduct the evaluation of the original or residual exploration potential of the assigned area, with the objective of adding reserves or potential resources to the Company's portfolio.
  • To propose, for the assigned area/project, the exploration programme and relevant budget as necessary
  • To supervise and coordinate the interpretation phase of the project, in accordance with established time-schedules and budget; to evaluate, together with the Exploration Manager, a recommended forward work programme.
  • To coordinate and set up the operational phase of the assigned exploratory projects/areas, in particular as far as seismic data acquisition, processing, interpretation, optimizing costs and technical quality and complying with the established time-schedules.
  • To monitor the performance of service contractors, verifying compliance with established time-schedules and technical specifications.
  • To perform appropriate projects' technical and economical evaluations and prepare reports for the management with relevant recommendations
  • To follow-up the drilling phase and to evaluate the results of drilling, ensuring compliance with established time-schedules, costs and technical quality.
  • To monitor non operated joint ventures possibly assigned to the team, in order to orient the technical choices of the operator and to optimize the company exploration investments.
  • To maintain relationships with Head-office specialist departments for the necessary technical support and technological updating.                                   
  • To arrange for data input within the federated technical Data Bases 
  • To support the supervisor to identify the service contractors, in order to indicate to the Purchasing Dept. the most suitable from the technical   point of view.
  • If requested, to act as Deputy Representative in Technical Committees, orienting technical decisions according with objectives and strategies of the company

Qualifications required

  • Minimum education: Graduate degree in geology (geoscience) or petroleum geology
  • Requires 10+ years experience in exploration projects activity
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English

  • Drilling experiences: Drilling Activities; Completion Activities.
  • Geology experiences: Geochemistry; Basin Geology; Structural Geology; Sedimentology; Petrography; Stratigraphy; Well Data Aquisition & Eval.; Petrophysics; Res. Characterisation.
  • Having also experiences in E&P Business Management; R&D; Data Management; Tender & Contracting; Project Management; Risk Analysis & Management; Economics Evaluation; Organisation Processes; Workflow & Best Practice; Reserves; HSE, Quality compliance and Environment.
