Xtree Site Representative
Main Responsibilities
- Site inspection and Interfacing with the Contractor on Technical and Delivery issues.
- Ensuring Delivery of the Subsea Completion System (including all the Tree and Work Over Risers Tools) in line with the Project objectives, technical interfaces and requirements.
- Review of Contractors’ design of the X-mas Tree System and Work Over System (including all the Tree and Work Over Risers Tools) design and preparation of comment sheets
- Expediting of technical interfaces
- Daily site inspection and interfacing with contractor
- Daily reporting to SPS Work Package Lead and Xtree & WO Engineer
- Follow-up the detail engineering performed by the SPS Contractor relevant to the X-mas Tree System and Work Over System (including all the Tree and Work Over Risers Tools).
- Reviewing and commenting technical documentation produced by the Contractors (e.g. technical reports, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc) ensuring the implementation of the established procedures, applicable codes, COMPANY standards and specification, Contract, International standards and Engineering best practices;
- Resolving ongoing technical issues concerning all aspects of the Subsea Completion System, X-mas Tree System and Workover System (including all the Tree and Work Over Risers Tools);
- Monitoring and reporting technical progress to the SPS Work Package Leader and Xtree & WO engineer Manager;
- Ensure that all internal and external Interfaces (especially with Rig Contractor) are correctly managed by Contractor;
- Witnessing of acceptance tests for all the the X-mas Tree System and Work Over System (including all the Tree and Work Over Risers Tools) Scope of Supply (FAT,EFAT, SIT)
- Support to offshore installation, commissioning and production start-up
Qualifications required
- The job holder must have Engineering degree (Mechanical and Instrumentation Engineer).
- Experience in Project Engineering in a major oil and gas company for X-tree & Work Over System
- Not less than 7 years of working experience in oil & gas industry in Subsea Project.
- Not less than 5 years of experience of working with contractors and supervising the contractors.
- At least 2 similar activities (subsea EPC Project follow-up)
- Willing to be located in Johor Bahru (Malaysia)
Industrial Relation Specialist
Main Responsibilities
- To establish and maintain a stable industrial relations environment across the business' activities according to company policy and prevailing external law and regulations.
- To assist in the development of effective and efficient implementation of the Industrial Relations requirements.
- To identity any industrial relation risk that may affect the stability of the industrial relations environment.
- To ensure the compliance of HR practices with both internal and external prevailing law and regulation.
Qualifications required
- Bachelor degree in Law or Human resources or Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in industrial relations area
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil/Gas industry
- Has a good leadership and communication
- Ability to work in multicultural and diverse organization.
- Able to establish effective relationship with people from other culture and backgrounds.

SURF & Network Technologies Coordinator
Main Responsibilities
- Assist Facilities Engineering manager in distributing the workload to controlled disciplines;
- Selection of the best technical/economical solutions and products for production and workover subsea instrumentation and control systems, ensuring overall design integrity and compliance with international standards, company guidelines and engineering best practices and system performance;
- Site inspection and Interfacing with the Contractors on Technical and Delivery issues;
- Ensuring Delivery of the Subsea Production System equipments, RFI Subsea Structures and umbilical lines with the Project objectives, technical interfaces and requirements;
- Review of Contractors’ SPS equipment, RFI Subsea Structures and umbilical lines design documentation and preparation of comment sheets;
- Expediting of technical interfaces;
- Daily site inspection and interfacing with contractor;
- Follow-up the detail engineering performed by the SPS Contractor relevant to subsea production system and workover subsea instrumentation and control systems;
- Follow-up the detail engineering performed by the RFI Contractor relevant to subsea structures;
- Reviewing and commenting technical documentation produced by the Contractors (e.g. technical reports, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc) ensuring the implementation of the established procedures, applicable codes, COMPANY standards and specification, Contract, International standards and Engineering best practices;
- Resolving ongoing technical issues concerning all aspects of subsea control equipment;
- Ensure that all internal and external Interfaces (especially with FPU) are correctly managed by Contractor;
- Witnessing of acceptance tests for all the Production control System Scope of Supply (FAT,EFAT, SIT);
- Support to offshore installation, commissioning and production start-up.
Qualifications required
- Engineering degree
- Experience in Project Engineering in a major oil and gas company for Subsea System
- Not less than 7-10 years of working experience in oil & gas industry in Subsea Projects
- Not less than 5 years of experience of working with contractors and supervising the contractors.
- Experience in at least 2 similar activities (subsea EPC Project follow-up)
Contract Specialist
Main Responsibilities
- To set up the contracts for further execution phases.
- To prequalify potential contractors, prepare tender package, evaluate bid and prepare contract award submission in accordance with Indonesian and Company regulations and procedures.
- To interface and relate with all Company’s department to ensure proper setting of contract’s terms and conditions and has to negotiate the offers with bidders.
Qualifications required
- Minimum education: Bachelor degree
- Minimum 5 years contracts experience in the up-stream process and oil & gas projects
- Knowledgeable and familiar with international contractual format.
- Knowledge of Commodity markets and price trends, various grades, qualities, and varieties of materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Negotiation skills and ability to understand what is negotiable in line with Company targets
- Ability to be a team player, frequent interaction with other disciplines and third parties.
- Ability to work effectively with people from multiple cultures and backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently when required
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs.
- Good fluency in written and spoken English, particularly for contract terminology.
Mechanical Engineering Machinery
Purpose
To support the development team in all aspects of complete power generation systems, compressor islands stations, pumps, turbines and other dynamic equipment design (including the relevant auxiliaries and static equipment) according to engineering best practices and international standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Selection of the best technical / economical solutions for production facility rotating equipment
- Rotating equipment overall design integrity and compliance with international standards, company guidelines and engineering best practices
- To perform power generation systems, compressor islands stations, pumps, turbines and other dynamic equipment concept design and / or detailed engineering design
- To prepare ITT documentation and bid technical review for rotating equipment
- Reviewing contractors rotating equipment design
- Supporting rotating equipment commissioning and production start-up
Qualifications required
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (experience with rotating equipment or turbo machinery)
- Fluent in English
- At least 5 years machinery engineer experience
ORF & P/L Commissioning Coordinator
Main Responsibilities
- Overall quality of ORF & PL commissioning activities definition, planning and execution
- Respect of project cost and time targets for commissioning and readiness
- Managing all ORF & PL pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, meeting the planned target
- Development of pre-commissioning and commissioning plan and procedures, together with discipline engineering and operation personnel
- Managing ORF& PL commissioning team activities
- Managing contracts relevant to the ORF&PL commissioning and start up vendors
- Ensuring that adequate, competent commissioning personnel are available to undertake the work
- Ensuring that all contractors are competent and fully knowledgeable of project HSEQ procedures
- Endorsing official documents, works progress certificates, handover certificates etc
- Providing operations start up support and assistance in ORF and PL
- Coach and transfer knowledge to local engineers under his/her responsibility
Qualifications required
- Minimum education: Bachelor degree in Engineering
- At least 5-8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities
- At least 3 years of experience in ORF & P/L commissioning of oil / gas field development projects
- Previous Upstream Subsea Onshore Receiving Facilities, Risers and Flow line Installation and commissioning experiences would be advantage
Fabrication & Installation (Rigid)
Purpose
- To supervise fabrication/manufacturing activities (Rigid Pipeline), monitoring contractor performance, assuring the application of all the relevant HSEQ and QA procedures, and providing technical support as required
Responsibilities
- Timeliness and accuracy of construction and installation control information provided, including: cost control information, executed works compliance to project technical specifications, work progress certification
- Monitoring construction and installation activities controlling that their execution is in line with project plans and highlighting any possible deviations suggesting possible solutions
- Verifying construction and installation works compliance with project specifications, company procedures
- Contractors daily progress report review and acceptance
- Managing supervision team verifying that all the construction and installation activities are performed according to specifications
- Interfacing with the construction and installation contractor during offshore operations
- Verify the compliance of construction and installation activities with the relevant HSEQ regulations
- Supporting the Flexible and Riser Company Rep. during the project execution daily activities
Qualifications required
- The job holder must have Engineering degree.
- Experience in Project Engineering in a major oil and gas company for installation offshore facilities
- Not less than 10 years of working experience in oil & gas industry.
- Not less than 5 years of experience of working for offshore construction and installation (rigid pipelines)
Fabrication & Construction Site Representative (Riser & Flexible)
Purpose
To supervise fabrication/manufacturing activities (Flexible & Riser Pipe), monitoring contractor performance, assuring the application of all the relevant HSEQ and QA procedures, and providing technical support as required.
Main Responsibilities
- Timeliness and accuracy of fabrication/manufacturing control information including: cost control information, executed works compliance to project technical specifications, work progress certification
- Monitoring fabrication/manufacturing activities controlling that their execution is in line with project plans and highlighting any possible deviations suggesting possible solutions
- Verifying manufacturing works compliance with project specifications, company procedures
- Preparation of daily fabrication/manufacturing reports and submit to Company Office
- Contractors daily progress report review and acceptance
- Managing supervision team verifying that all the fabrication and manufacturing activities are performed according to specifications
- Coordinate with Construction & Installation Engineer (Flexible) and Pipeline engineering
- Managing and coordinate Company Inspectors
Qualifications required
- The job holder must have Mechanical / Ocean engineering degree.
- Experience supervising fabrication activities for flexible and riser.
- Not less than 10 years of working experience in oil & gas industry.
- Not less than 5 years of experience of working for flexible manufacturing activities.
LQ Material Management Specialist
Purpose
- To manage delivery of critical company procured material and equipment assuring that meet contractual quality specification and project delivery requirements. To manage material tracking, delivery and storage process.
- Monitor Contractor material delivery at site, storage, receiving, tracking and integrity.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure material integrity from Contractor receiving at Yard to handover to Company.
- Ensure, in coordination with discipline site supervisors that material and equipment are properly preserved according to project requirements from receiving to Yard to Handover to Company.
- Control Contractor preservation plan and report any deviation from Project requirements.
- Follow up daily warehousing activities, scheduled and unscheduled
- Attend QC inspections called by contractor, representing ENI function at the Contractor's construction locations within the project
- Verify material feasibility aspects related material availability versus construction schedule to LQ site representative.
- Verify Contractor’s expediting and shipping status and weekly report to LQ site representative, advise timely possible constrains that could affect the schedule in terms of material availability at Yard or delay in shipping and clearance activities.
- In agreement with ENI Site HSE officer and superintendent, stop further work when major/critical HSE deviations are detected
Qualifications required
- The job holder must have an Engineering or technical degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in Oil and gas material management
- Not less than 8 years of working experience in oil & gas industry, both offshore and onshore.
- Not less than 5 years of experience of working with contractors and supervising the contractors in material management activities.
- Working in a prior similar role and experience in material management software GEMAPI will be beneficial
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office : Word, excel, power point for an effective site reporting.
- Knowledge of Local custom and shipping procedures.
- Confidence with material international standards.
- Good command of English
- Willing to be located at Jinhae (South Korea)
Electrical Supervisor
Main Responsibilities
FEED Stage
The job holder is responsible for:
- Being the liaison between FCMT and WP Leader in all Company corporate functions
- Being informed of Contractor execution plan, management decisions, as well as all contractual milestones in order to participate in meetings between FCMT and EPC/EP Contractor and provide feedback to WP Leader
- Evaluating/Approving the definition of a plan by FCMT Package Manager in order to monitor the FCMT contractual performances based on established KPI’s and contractual milestones.
- Examining and agreeing all technical and cost change notices with the FCMT Package Manager before being submitted to the WP Leader.
- Supporting the FCMT Package Manager in expediting external issues (i.e interfaces with Local Authorities / Regulatory Bodies)
- Supporting the WP Leader in assessing the FCMT manpower requirement
- Attend specific meetings between FCMT and EPC/EP Contractor with a cost/schedule/quality bias as well as technical subjects.
EPCI Stage
- Power systems overall design integrity and compliance with international standards, company guidelines and engineering best practices
- Selection of the best technical/economical solutions and products for electrical & power systems.
- Electrical design documents reviewing and approving
- Providing technical evaluation of power systems
- Providing power systems execution technical follow-up
- Preparation of ITT documentation and bid technical review for electrical
- Review of contractors electrical
- Technical electrical support to commissioning an production start-up
Qualifications required
- The job holder must have an Engineering or technical degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in Project Engineering in a major oil and gas company
- Not less than 5 years of working experience in oil & gas industry, both offshore and onshore.
- Not less than 3 years of experience of working with contractors and supervising the contractors in electrical engineering activities.
- Working in a prior similar role would be beneficial
- Willing to be located in Batam & Karimun area
