Topside Construction Specialist
Responsibilities
- To be responsible of the construction site and act as Deputy of the Topsides Construction SPT, with particular respect to team management, HSE, construction and quality follow up.
- Timeliness and efficiency of construction works execution
- Managing a team of 8-14 team members (inspectors, dcc, field engineers)
- Achieving project quality standards
- Assuring an effective construction physical progress control
- Applying of HSEQ local norms and company standards
- Meeting HSEQ targets.
- Liaising with Contractor management and third parties (class, MWS) and representing Company during official occurrences.
- Continuous reporting of actual site situation to management, by all the requested modalities (presentations, speeches etc).
Qualifications required
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Experience in construction and site management
- Not less than 5-6 years of working experience in shipbuilding yards or oil & gas industry.

Subsea Control Engineer
Purpose
To support the development team in the engineering, design, manufacturing, testing and installation of subsea production systems and subsea networking, assuring that the design meets project requirement, applicable standards and engineering best practices, developing Company’s know-how in this area.
Main Responsibilities
- Preparation of company documentation for the project, relevant to Subsea Control System, Subsea Production System, Umbilical, Subsea Network, Topside Control System integration with Subsea Control System, MCS, DCS, EPU, HPU, TUTU, SDU, UTA, SCM, chemical deliverability, hydraulic control, electrical distribution and control signals, integrated process flow diagrams, HAZOP, integrated P&IDs, subsea PFD and P&IDs, Technical notes- Check of consistency, quality and cost effectiveness of project design of the subsea / deep water production system in compliance with all applicable codes, standards and engineering best practices
- Assisting the System Integration Engineering coordinator in selecting optimal technical solutions, defining the optimal subsea solutions, replying TQs, revising documents, producing calculation reports and technical notes, producing subsea network documentation
- To support and provide technical expertise to System Integration Engineering Coordinator and engineering team in resolving any technical issue related to interfaces and/or product deviations and compliance with project requirements
- Reviewing and commenting technical documentation produced by the contractors (e.g. technical reports, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc) ensuring the implementation of the established procedures and good engineering practice
- Resolving ongoing technical issues concerning control aspects of subsea equipment
- Monitoring and reporting technical progress of subsea production and subsea network system
- Acquiring and capitalizing subsea construction know-how
- Increase company internal know how producing and providing expertise, research, updating and transferring to the team of subsea technologies.
Qualifications required
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- At least 5-7 years of engineering experience in Oil/Gas Industry
- At least 3 years subsea engineering experience (5 years would be preferred)
Sr. Archivist
Main Responsibilities
- Archive all finance documents such as journal entries complete with the relevant supporting documents properly and in orderly manner or easily locate the files when needed. Keep the finance documents in safely including moving the documents to other store place.
- General assistance to Finance Department such as Banking Deposits, collections, scanning, photo copying documents for back charge, invoices for VAT reimbursement and provide journal vouchers as needed for auditors.
Qualifications required:
- Minimum education: Diploma Degree in administration or finance or accounting
- Language: English (fluent)
- Minimum 8 years experience in the administrative or clerical positions
- Good knowledge of MS Office
Budget Analyst
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Prepare regular (monthly) budget reports for Department Managers
- Provide other budgetary analysis as required- Consolidating Company’s Trial Balances
- Gathering information from other departments to be used for MASTRO requirements
- Maintaining and reconciling intercompany balances with other eni companies
- Preparing monthly closing and producing monthly reports (Trial Balances and Capital Expenditure reports)
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Degree in Economics, Finance, or other appropriate discipline
- Languages: English (fluent)
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in financial / accounting preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Previous experience in professional practice (Large Accounting Firm) is preferred
- Good working knowledge of IAS/IFRS, US GAAP and familiarity with UK GAAP
- Understanding of PSC and JV accounting and cost recovery principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
Planner
Main Responsibilities
- Run economic analyses on the basis of data collected from technical functions and utilizing scenarios and methodologies provided by eni HQ.
- Support in developing business plan and strategic plan.
- Provide analysis dedicated to investment decision making.
- Provide company departments with specific support on economic evaluations
Qualifications required
- Minimum Education: Bachelor degree in Economics or relevant discipline
- Languages: fluent in English
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance / Economics area with international oil & gas environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent knowledge of economic models
GIS Specialist
Purpose:
To work with related software and programs to create, maintain data and maps that can be combined with geographically reference data in supporting daily operational G&G activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- GIS Data gathering from different data sources.
- Compile geographic data from a variety of sources including OpenWorks, Petrel, IHS, field observation, satellite imagery, aerial photographs, and existing maps. Analyze geographic relationships among varying types of data.
- Analyze spatial data for geographic statistics to incorporate into documents and reports.
- Enter new map data through use of a digitizer or by direct input of coordinate information using the principles of cartography including coordinate systems, longitude, latitude, elevation, topography, and map scales.
- Design and update database, applying additional knowledge of spatial feature representations including metadata preparation and other documentation.
- General support for G&G with major support to GIS Software and hardware
Qualifications required:
- Education: Computer Science degree preferred
- Language: Fluent in oral and written of English language. Minimum TOEFL or equivalent of 550
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar positions, preferably in Oil and Gas industries.
- Knowledge, technical or professional skills:
- Excellent knowledge in Geography and cartography
- ESRI ArcGIS or other similar software literate
System Engineer
Purpose:

- Performs a wide variety of installation, configuration and upgrading of workstations, servers and related hardware and software in a LAN, WAN, stand-alone environment such as Telecommunication system (PAGA, CCTV, Microwave, VSAT, Trunking Radio, Marine Radio, Aeronautical Radio, etc.).
- Provides investigation, diagnostic testing and repair/resolution of system, hardware, software and infrastructure.
- Manages and continuously improves/enhances the operations of existing infrastructure including server, storage
- Manages software applications, Operating System and anti-virus protection

Commissioning Leader
Purpose
- To manage the development project activities with focus on construction, onshore and offshore commissioning and logistic issues of new oil/gas production facilities, ensuring that onshore and offshore commissioning phase and start-up operations of Jangkrik complex project are conducted in safe, effective and efficiently manner with meeting the company target and to the satisfaction of all parties.
- To support all operation readiness activities and assurance review from initial concept through to project sanction, and possibly through project execution, ensuring that the design meets project objectives for cost, schedule, safety and environmental impact. Assure all operation aspects and risk opportunities to optimize the construction activities in the field , have been address and mitigate the risk
Main Responsibilities
- Overall quality of commissioning activities definition, planning and execution
- Respect of project cost and time targets for commissioning and readiness
- Managing all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, meeting the planned target
- Development of pre-commissioning and commissioning plan and procedures, together with discipline engineering and operation personnel
- Managing commissioning team activities
- Managing contracts relevant to the commissioning and start up vendors
- Ensuring that adequate, competent commissioning personnel are available to undertake the work
- Ensuring that all contractors are competent and fully knowledgeable of project HSEQ procedures
- Endorsing official documents, works progress certificates, handeover certificates etc
- Providing operations start up support and assistance
Qualifications required
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- At least 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities
- At least 5 years of experience in offshore commissioning of oil/ gas field development projects
- Previous Upstream Engineering Floating Production Unit commissioning experience would be advantage
- Experienced in operation for offshore gas facilities is beneficially
EPC Contract Specialist
Purpose
To perform the effective processing of commercial evaluations and required negotiations; to ensure the definition of contractual terms and conditions, and the implementation of effective work practice
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- To process requisitions for materials and services to meet cost, quantity and quality requirements all in accordance with eni Indonesia’s Procurement Policies & Procedures.
- To prepare and evaluate major pre-qualifications.
- To prepare and evaluate major contract tender packages.
- To conduct commercial evaluations and finalize all contractual terms and conditions to award EPC Contracts, Goods and services of high value and complexity.
- To participate in preparation of contracts & procurement strategies and tactics.
- To manage all aspects of the contracting activities with minimum supervision, control and direction.
Specific Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Contributing to the vendor qualification, based on sound commercial, financial, technical and quality-assurance principles as well as providing a necessary feed-back on responsiveness and performance of the tenderers/contractors;
- Prepare contractual and commercial sections of the tender package and compile the full tender package.
- Developing and analysing contracts documentation including review and contribution to contractual scope of work
- Ensuring that contractual terms and conditions are defined in accordance with eni Indonesia requirements.
- Writing contracts requirements in conformance with all applicable laws and in compliance with eni Indonesia’s procurement policies & procedures.
- Developing, compiling, conducting pre-enquiries and market surveys
- Preparing un-priced and priced evaluation models of high complexity and major contracts
- Performing contractual and commercial evaluations and required negotiations of tenders received and formulate recommendations.
- Elaborating and proposing contracting solutions and pursuing alternative methods of improving contracting practices i.e. risk/reward, incentives, alliances etc.
- If requested by the contingent workload, manage the contracts and procurement necessary to award Contracts for Goods and services of low value and low complexity
- Contributing to Contract award recommendation drafting and developing commercial evaluation reports
- Demonstrating continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work co-operatively and jointly with other departments and with other Contracts & Procurement staff to provide high quality, seamless customer service.
- Ensuring that confidentiality is maintained during the procurement process.
- Support all the Contracting phases in coordination with Contract Holder(s) and other involved functions, as appropriate.
Qualifications required
- Minimum education in Bachelor degree
- Minimum 6 years contracts experience in the up-stream process and oil & gas projects of which at least 3 years working for Deep water Development oil & gas projects on major and/or high complexity EPC contracts
- Supervision skills.
- Knowledgeable and familiar with international contractual format.
- Knowledge of Commodity markets and price trends, various grades, qualities, and varieties of materials, supplies, and equipment.
- High negotiation skills and ability to understand what is negotiable in line with Company targets
- Ability to be a team player, frequent interaction with other disciplines and third parties.
- High ability to work effectively with people from multiple cultures and backgrounds.
- High level of professional and personal integrity.
- Very good ability to work independently when required
- Good degree of computer literacy in Microsoft Office programmes.

Medical Officer
Main responsibilities
- Supervise and monitoring employee and dependent medical benefit on the appointed medical services provider.
- Evaluate, clarify and monitoring national employee medical expenses from medical provider.
- Monitor the employee condition when hospitalized if necessary.
- Implement and monitor Medical Checkup and Return to work program for employee and contractor.
- Implement and evaluate the health surveillance program of the employee and contractor.
- Implement health promotion and prevention program for employee on the Head office.
- Identification, implement and monitoring the Medical Program and facility in line with company activity.
- Participate in the Health risk assessment, Health impact assessment, Medical emergency and audit program for all project activities.
- As a focal point for medical service provider or TPA.
- Made a medical report and medical resume for the employee or dependent who will medevac or referral abroad.
- Made a medical procedure or work instruction on all medical activity if required.
- Support health coordinator for medical data report to HQ.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum education: Bachelor degree in Medical Doctor
- Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas industry (preferable)
- Recognize degree/certification in emergency medicine and occupational medicine
- Experience in clinic management
- Fluent in English
