PT Cikarang Listrindo is one of an independent Power Generation companies which are given the trust to manage some of the industry in terms of providing electricity supply. PT Cikarang Listrindo founded in 1991 located in Cikarang Bekasi, with our 20 yrs experiences, we designed as a power plantation using Gas and Steam with “Combined Cycle” operating system and connected to the Java Bali-PLN interconnection system with 864 MW full capacity. With our 2 new sites in MM2100 & Babelan – Bekasi, we are having 1500 MW in 2017.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Staff (Code: REC-JS)

Responsible for Man Power Planning fullfilment, manage sourcing from internet networking, social media, and campus hiring. Weekly reporting to management.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jababeka I.
• Having a good passion in networking and company branding.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Learning & Development Staff

Responsible for planning, executing, evaluating development program and talent management program.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jababeka I.
• Having a good passion in development program.
• Having a good administration skill.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.

Legal Specialist (Code : LGL-JS)

Responsible for assisting company legal, corporate legal and communications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in JABABEKA I.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.

Human Resources Information System Staff (Code: HRIS - JS)

Responsible for maintaining Human Resource Information System, analyze HR data and weekly reporting to management.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jababeka I.
• Having a good passion in Human Resource Information System.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Application Programmer (code: AP-JS)

Responsibility:

•  Involved in application development project within organization
• Manage bug fix and troubleshoot in existing application
• Support users in general IT problems

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Information Technology.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience as an application programmer
• Havving a big passion on coding
• Having a basic knowledge in applied IT in general (basic networking, basic Windows / Linux)
• Having a very good knowledge in PHP and MySQL is a must
• Having an experient with Platinum Program
• Preferably having experience in Java programming environment or Object Oriented programming.
• Having experiences in PHP Framework (YII / CI / Symphony) is desirable

• Willingness to be placed at our Head Office in South Jakarta.

HSE SUPERVISOR (Code : HSE-JS)

Responsible for HSE program implementation (as OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001) in Power Plant area, from planning, monitoring, evaluating and reporting to management.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferable from mining/power plant
• Having a good passion in HSE implementation
• Applicants must be willing to work in JABABEKA I.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
