Job Description:
- To assist Property Manager in managing property amenities, related to technical activity
- To arrange and do daily supervision of the designated provider as well as to send the weekly report to property manager
- To ensure that all facilities are feasible to use
- To arrange Field Operating Procedures in collaboration with provider
- To give a recommendation about provider selection process to Property Manager
- To examine the design and fitting out implementation and surveillance in the field as well
- To ensure that all equipment being checked routinely
- To prepare monthly report that related to building facility
- To ensure the implementation of HSE in the workplace
- To prepare AMDAL compliance document
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in electricity or mechanical engineering
- Have an understanding about technical system and building engineering will be an advantage
- Good communication skill and able to work within a team
