Responsibilities:

• Implement the functions of recruitment activities both internal and external to support optimal human resources management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology Major with 1 years experience in Recruitment Area (fresh graduate welcome)
• Understand developing system and procedures Recruitment
• Understand Psychological Test, MPP and Basic Skill Interview
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Excellent in verbal & written communications skills, presentation skills & interpersonal skills
• High-energy personality, Good personality, Self-Confidence
• Able to travel extensively and at short notice
• Job location : Head office – South Jakarta
