PT. Elnusa Petrofin was established by PT Elnusa Tbk in 1996 with the objective to handle the business which was formerly handled by Patra Niaga Division/ Fuel & Chemicals (F&C) , distribution of Special Fuel (BBMK), which was then named Premix and SuperTT.

With developments at the moment the core of Business of PT Elnusa Petrofin has been expanding into supply, storage and trading of products related to services in the field of oil and gas , among others, retail trade of oil fuel,services for storage and transportation of oil fuel and gas, trading of other oil and gas products consisted of several commodities.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimal STM/SMK dari jurusan otomotif

  • Sehat jasmani rohani

Account Executive

Qualifications:

  • Female with maximum age of 30
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (any diciplines), preferable from Chemistry, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good looking and Self-confident
  • Can work independently or as a team
  • Having good communication and presentation skill

 

Department Head of Depo Operation

Responsibilities:

  • Overall accountability for all activities in the terminal, ensuring proper interface with maintenance/engineering, tank farm, loading, HSE and other terminal support teams
  • Drive HSE standards in the facility
  • Oversees terminal safety and security and liaises with customers and senior management
  • Manage vessel receipt operation to eliminate demurrage payment and incidents on security, safety and quality
  • Manage all external relationship with Government agencies, competitors, the community etc
    Provide leadership and ensures employees receive the proper training in accordance to established procedures
  • Assures compliance of all terminal operations with Standard Operating Procedures, the company’s policies, processes and governmental regulations
  • Manage terminal operating and capital expenditures within the approved plan
  • Participate in and promote business development and other corporate initiatives
  • Participate in project management activities
  • Responsible for preparing, monitoring and finalizing budget for the location and responsible for overall performance of the depo

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.

Department Head of Business Development

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
  • Plan approaches and pitches.
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. 
  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Have good communication skill, interpersonal skill, and business knowledge.

Department Head of QHSSE

Responsibilities:

  • Plans, manages and directs the activities of the department to ensure smooth functioning and error-free work flow.
  • Oversees implementation of  Health & Safety, Security and Environmental (QHSSE) Management System.
  • Prepares operational budget of QHSSE activities.
  • Coordinates and executes QHSSE inspections, and internal, sub-contractor and third party audits.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
  • Experience in implementing and/or maintaining a QHSSE management system ISO certified lead auditor (9001, 14001, 18001)
  • At least 5-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.

Unit Head of System & Development

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum age 27 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators 
  • Have strong business skills and would be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and occasionally make modifying systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing integration with other application to support application systems.
  • Advance in Programming web base and desktop aplication
  • Understand and practicing IT System
  • Experience in implementation project system

 

Advance Payment Staff

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Working advance monitoring
  • Understanding of SAP

 

Asset Staff

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age 24 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Depo Staff

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Mengatur kegiatan operasional Depo (Menghitung minyak, Stock Losses, Administrasi Arus Minyak, Data Stock Tongkang, Tanker & Tugboat).

Kualifikasi:

  • Pria, usia maksimal 27 tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal D3 Teknik Mesin, perkapalan, dan IT.
  • Bahasa Inggris aktif, lisan maupun tulisan & Menguasai MS Office
  • Diutamakan yang menguasai Autocad
  • Bersedia ditugaskan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia (diluar Jawa & daerah terpencil)
  • Tidak Merokok & Memiliki kesehatan fisik yang baik
  • Bersedia mengikuti hari kerja dengan sistem 28 Hari Kerja & 7 Hari Libur.
