Senior Finance & Budgeting Officer

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and directing the finance functions, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, check processing and cost accounting by using the Zahir Accounting system and excel spreadsheets as necessary.
• Prepares periodic reports, reviews and reconciles data, and participates in the development of specialized financial data.
• Oversees and prepares entries and adjustments to records, files, and statements.
• Assists with financial and variance analyses, board packet information, and annual budget preparation, including; monitoring, and reforecasting.
• Communicates with accounting team to ensure necessary corrections are made.
• Ensures that finance functions are completed in accordance with established policies and standards and related governmental requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• 4 or more years of Senior Finance & Budgeting experience.
• Understanding of Accounting and Finance processes required.
• General understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Ability to proficiently operate computer and related software packages (Microsoft Access, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project, Internet tools).
• Ability to communicate effectively through email or phone with support personnel and management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Prefer someone who has EPC experience.

Sr. Process Engineer

Requirement :

• Tehnical Competencies and Knowledge :
  • Proficient in plant process conceptual design, process simulation, detail design and commissioning activities is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Power Plant, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Plant
  • Project Management Experience
  • Knowledge in Operation and Maintenance background will be an advantage.
• Non-Technical Competencies

  • Functional Competencies : Analytical Thinking Information seeking Concern of order Self confidence
• Education and Experience
  • Min 10 years in power plant, oil & gas, petrochemical plant and projects
  • A bachelor or master degree in Chemical Engineering
• Basic Skill:
  • Computer literacy: MS office, Power Point, Hysys, Unisim, GT Pro/Master, Steam Pro/Master, Mathlab, HTRI, Flarenet, Flaresim, Pipesim, Pipephase, pipenet, PHAST, HTFS, Olga, Promax, Pro II, Hydraulic Calc, Overpressure protection, process safety
• Language :
  • Fluent spoken and written English. Able to speak/write in Mandarin would be an additional value.

Responsibilities :

• Provide engineering PSC advice and support to maximize the deliverable's quality/schedule/safety/cost
  • Provide engineering support to PSC Department
  • Prepare design basis, conceptual design, process specifications, scope of work and interface among engineering and others including keep good relationship with client
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining plant's process safety information
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis for significant equipment failures
• Manage respective people and organization
  • Prepare, conduct training of process design, process technology, process safety and PSC lesson learnt for the member of PSC Department, and for external if required to do so.
• Manage EHS function in the respective department
  • Provide assistance and support in executing safety review
  • Provide advice for fire protection system and safety system design and review
• Manage relevant administration and report
  • Ensuring the confidentiality of the company's documentation
  • Control the e-file documentation within the company's server for items of process technology, project references, design manual, lesson learnt
