Safety Administrator - Technical Support Jakarta

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintains database and documentation of findings, recommendations, training records and other supporting data
• Arranges required facilities and services for Technical Support Safety team activities e.g. transportation, accommodation, properties, expenditures, etc.
• Ensures the availability of PPE and other required materials

Requirement :

• High school Graduate/Diploma Degree/Bachelor Degree in Clerical/Administrative Support with minimum GPA 2.75
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry
• Possess good attention to details and skills in data tabulation and presentation
• Demonstrate discipline behavior and have well rounded communication skills
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office programs
• Able to communicate well in English both written and spoken
• Willing to work in field - East Kalimantan
• Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
• Good presentation skill with ability to express ideas in a clear manner is advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitute
