Engineering Manager

Job Description:

• Responsible for the supervision and co-ordination of the engineering resources in accordance with the Contract.
• In consultation with the function heads of discipline, recruitment of competent engineering resources in support of the project
• Management of the planning and budgeting of the engineering work, including activities, documents, engineering schedules, interdisciplinary dependencies.
• Ensure engineering input to project reporting in accordance with project requirements
• Ensure identification of changes and participate in evaluation of change requests
• Ensure commercial awareness in the Engineering Team.

Skills & Experiences:

• Bachelors in Engineering or the equivalent Technical degree required
• Must have minimum 15 years extensive experiences in similar role on Offshore Engineering Oil & Gas project
• Knowledge of international process and operation standards of Oil & Gas industry
• Adept at working collaborating and proactively sharing information and expertise with colleagues.
• Excellent leadership and able to interface effectively with all levels in a cross functions organization
• Able to operate flexibly and sensitively in multi-cultural teams and local environments.
• Fluent English in written and oral communication
• Available to join immediately

Senior Contract Engineer

Job Description:

• To head subcontracts administration for the project in order to ensure accurate cost monitoring and client satisfaction.
• To assist with the administration of cost control, claims submittals etc in order to monitor deviations from project program and forecasts.
• Prepare and issue subcontract tender packages.
• Prepare subcontract comparisons/reconciliations/recommendations.

Skills & Experiences:

• Bachelor in Engineering in a related discipline.
• Must have minimum 12 years extensive experiences in similar role on Offshore Engineering Oil & Gas project
• Excellent leadership and able to interface effectively with all levels in a cross functions organization
• Able to operate flexibly and sensitively in multi-cultural teams and local environments.
• Fluent English in written and oral communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available to join immediately
