TAX Officer

Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Analyze Tax effect on every payment transaction
• Prepare monthly Tax Returns (VAT,PPh21,PPh23/26,PPh4(2)
• Printing Tax Documents
• Handle Tax Reporting and dealing with tax office (KPP) and mostly knowledge on taxations regulation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Accounting with A/B Tax Brevet
• Minimum 3-5 Years in Tax & Accounting experience in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas.
• Age 28-32 years old

HSE Officer

South Sumatra Area

Responsibilities:

• Organizer & ensure implementation of HSE aspect on extraction plant activities
• Able to create report and statistical data analysis of HSE risk assessment
• Able to conduct HSE inspection of work equipment, environmental aspect

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree or related field (public health, environment engineering)
• Minimum3 years working experience in similar position (preferably in gas/ refinery/ LNG plant operation)
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia (Oral & written)
• Minimum age 25- Max 30 years old
• Prefer Domicile South Sumatra area  and Sumatra

Senior Loading Operator

Sumatra Selatan

Responsibilities:

• Manage & responsible for all activities at jetty related to ship loading/unloading, MLA operation & product transfer process.
• Understanding basic knowledge rotating equipment’s, hose connect/disconnect & marine safety operations.
• Back up Loading Master for ship Loading/pipeline transfers operation

Requirements:

• Minimum D3 Mechanical/Chemical/Electro
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Ships Loading/Unloading & Jetty Operation (Oil & Gas, Chemical Plant)
• Minimum age 30 years old
• Other Requirement : IMDG Code, ISPS Code are advantage & Jetty master certification is advantage

Legal Officer

Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and/or advising on all legal matters, commercial contracts, and agreements.
• Ensure the company complies with all statutory and corporate governance practices and guidelines across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide advice on corporate legal issues and business matters.
• Provide commercial legal support to all departmental projects and job functions

Requirements:

• Minimum A degree/ Masters in Law
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the oil and gas industry
• Minimum age 30 years old
