We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant positions of

Material Coordinator.

Job Description:

• Develop processes for physical movement of equipment and material as well as data flow
• Manage supply chain delivery between project and drilling
• Project material and equipment expediting
• Communicate project specifications for equipment and material preservation, packing and handling
• Maintain country-specific import/export processes for physical movement and data flow of material within customs importation guidelines
• Develop and Manage Customs Power of Attorney documents
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators for freight forwarding service providers

Requiremets:

• High School Degree
• Having experienced at least 5 years as Material Coordinator
• Having knowledge about equipments in mechanical, pipe, fittings, class/rating, valve, civil material, electrical and instrumentation
• Knowing about material classification
• Knowing about standard procedure to order material, issued, sending, checking and receiving
• Knowing about material data sheet, dangerous material, specification and identification
• Knowing about standard method to make report
• Having ability to communicate in English fluency both oral and written
• Having ability to operate MS. Office
