HSE Manager

(Batam)

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Engineering
• Min. experience 5 years in similar work

JOB FUNCTION:

• Responsible For All Project HSE Implementation & Ensure All Project Levels Are Implemented HSE Standards & Requirements.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Carried out task given by General Manager
2. Conduct and lead regular HSE meeting attended by management level.
3. Prepare / Provide HSE operational budget monthly/yearly & review all HSE standard / procedures
4. Assist General Manager to communicate all HSE aspect and performance to the project organization.
5. Ensure all equipment and tools, etc are met with HSE standards and other international safety codes.
6. Prepare monthly HSE report & statistic to General Manager
7. Advise General Manager in accordance to the HSE conformance and non conformance.
8. Ensure all B3 waste properly handling according to Indonesian regulation
9. Prepare UKL & UPL report by submission to the Bapedal Kota Batam
10. Prepare K3 report by submission to the Disnaker Kota Batam
11. Contribute towards the implement company Quality Policy and Procedure
12. Respect and abide to company HSE standards and legal requirement.
13. Contribute to the identification of environmental aspect and impact related to all activities
