Employee Relations Officer

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Overview:

• Administer, record & maintain national personnel movement, benefit admin, SAP data & administrative record, and report in order to maintain administrative matters of national’s permanent and contract employees, conduct the analyses of the personnel policy implementation related to the Government/Manpower Regulation.

Key Accountabilities:

• Performs planned and unplanned related personnel administrative matters, data and records
• Prepares, processes, records, and monitors Personnel Action for National Employee and maintains its related administration and reports
• Maintains all national employees data in SAP
• Keep well informed and updated regarding the government regulation related to employee benefits and welfare
• Analyses the implementation of the personnel policy related to the Government Regulation
• Prepares, analyses, and recommends actions related to cases in manpower issues, by referring to law & regulation as well as company policies
• Administers Personnel Service Requisition of the third party personnel contract
• Performs planned and unplanned administrative matter related to Employees benefits such as Pension Fund, Jamsostek and Workmen Compensation, Salary Advance, HAP Loan, Educational Assistance, Funeral Assistance, Hajj, etc. including it’s filing and reports as required
• Maintains relationship with external benefits provider as well as all employees internally
• Performs all work in accordance with Standard Operation Procedure and with awareness of Company’s corporate HSE regulation and procedures.

Electrical Power System Specialist

Requirements:

• Multinational oil and gas company
• Able to speak and write English fluently
• Outstanding career development opportunities

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Required language(s): Excellent English capability
• At least 20 year(s) of working experience in handling high voltage electrical system, power generation and power distribution system at offshore oil and gas operation.
• Having experiences as project lead engineer in project of power generation installation and commissioning  at offshore facilities.
• Having experiences in installation of Gas Turbine Generators (with min capacity 8 MW) and electrical system on board jack up platform.
• Having enough knowledge of jack up platform, structural, mechanical & piping system related to the installation of Gas Turbine Generators.
• Familiar with ETAP or other similar software for power system study (load flow, short circuit, relay coordination study etc).
• Full-Time position(s) available.
