Civil - Mechanical Auditor

Requirements:

• Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) with major in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering with min. GPA 3.00
• Having at least 5 years experience (preferable ever been working as Project Manager or Quality Inspector in Property company)
• Having good knowledge about Structure Engineer, manufacturing machine
• Having great passion in Audit area
• Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking and good in problem solving
• Fluent in English and good computer literacy
• Willing to travel to all branches area

HR Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) with major in Psychology, Law, HRM, Management or equivalent
• Having at least 5 years experience in the same position (preferably from Property/ Land Development company)
• Expert and familiar with all HR matters such as acquiring, HR Development, Org. Development, Employee Relation, Industrial Relation, General Affair, etc.
• Having good knowledge about Labor Regulation
• Good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, leadership, and strategic planning
• Placement at Manado (AKR Land)

Accounting Senior Manager

Requirements:

• Maximum 45 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) with major in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics with minimum GPA 3.00
• Having at least 10 years experience in Finance & Accounting
• Having Brevet A+B certification is an advantage
• Good knowledge about PSAK, Taxation, Financial Reporting and budget controll
• Detail oriented, strong analytical thinking and good interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English is a must and good computer literacy
• Willing to travel to branch
• Placement for AKR Coal (located in HO Jakarta)

Corporate Internal Audit Supervisor

Requirements:

• Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) with major in Economic/ Accounting/ Civil with minimum GPA 3.00
• Having at least 3 years experience as Auditor (preferably ever been working in Listed company or Holding/ Group company)
• Familiar in handling Operational Audit, Financial Audit and Compliance
• Good attention in detail, strong analytical thinking and good problem solving
• Fluent in English is a must and good computer literacy
• Frequent travel is required
