Security System & Loss Prevention Superintendent - Security
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the implementation of Access Control to all company facilities to ensure that Access Control Policies are complied with.
- Directly manage personnel in event of Security Emergency.
- Oversees distribution of security personnel at all company areas to ensure that all available personnel are assigned to critical operations area.
- Perform periodic security inspections to security posts and personnel to ensure that security personnel perform their tasks as per procedures.
- Maintain and coordinate relations with other departments in other to synchronize security operations with the concerns of other departments.
- Maintain and coordinate relations with external parties (police and military) in order to ensure success of department operations & objectives.
- Perform Security Promotions and Awareness Briefings to ail company employees to ensure continuous increase of employee Security Awareness.
- Manages training on procedures and emergency response to ensure that all security personnel are capable of responding to security emergency incidents.
- Monitors Security Services contract to ensure that all requirements in the contract are met.
Requirements:
- S1 from reputable university minimum GPA 2.75. Strong security background is an advantage.
- 7 years experience in Security Management or as Police/Army Officer.
- Understanding and applying local, national and international legislation and regulation
- Wide relation with security institution
- Understanding local language
- Willing to work in field - East Kalimantan
- Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
- Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
- Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
- Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
Operations Engineer - Southern Area Operations
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and troubleshooting process plant problems
- Analyzing and optimizing process operations, including plant, flowlines and pipelines
- Studying, designing, proposing, reviewing, controlling and ensuring quick & smooth implementation of modification projects for productivitiy/safety improvements
- Generating, reviewing and updating operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Special Working Procedures (SWP)
- Contributing in AFE Project HSE Review meetings for safety and operability concerns so that the AFE project can be implemented smoothly
- Become main resource personnel of HAZOP Study reviews for existing process facilities and upcoming new facilities projects
- Initiating, reviewing and monitoring of material/equipment purchases
- investigating, finding the root cause, giving recommendations and implementing of recommendations of operational incidents/accidents
- Assisting Operations Department Opex and Capex budgeting, including AFE proposal documents
- Reviewing and updating Department Risk Register (DRR) and its follow up items
Requirements:
- S1 in Chemical Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75
- Minimum 3 years work experience
- Willing to learn and having high awareness of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) aspects
- Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken
- Able to work under pressure, identify problems and provide alternative solution
- Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
- Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude
