Drilling Engineer

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• carrying out full engineering analyses of rig site data and preparing regular well reports;
• monitoring the daily progress of well operations and current daily costs, comparing actual costs with cost expenditure proposals and recommending changes or improvements to rig work techniques, which could lead to optimization of expenditure;
• liaising with specialist contractors and suppliers, such as cement companies or suppliers of drilling fluids;
• monitoring safety and ensuring the good maintenance of the well;
• adhering to environmental protection standards, in some cases through direct discussion with local governments to ensure compliance with legislative requirements;
• establishing and administering drilling and service contracts;
• coordinating and supervising the work of the drilling team;
• contributing to conceptual field development design;
• working with multidisciplinary professionals to evaluate the commercial viability of the well and monitor progress during drilling;
• returning the site to its natural environmental setting if drilling is not to be pursued

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators/ir specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
• Candidate must be able to work underpressure.
• Good leadership, communication skill, and teamwork
• Willing to be placed in South Sumatera (Prabumulih home base)
• Willing to follow every selection steps in Jakarta.

HSE

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the implementation of HSE procedures and standards in maintenance areas that are complied with the industry standards and regulations in order to support company s operations effectively and efficiently.
• Lead by example in matters of health, safety, and respect for the environment and local communities.
• Actively contribute to development of the HSE Management System.
• Develop HSE short and long-term programs, including awareness programs, certification programs, which are in line with the company short and long term plans, as well as the industry standards in order to achieve the maintenance departmental objective optimally and in a cost-efficient manner.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in oil and gas exploration as HSE Supervisor / Senior Staff
• In depth knowledge & experience in oil and gas, Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
• Knowledge of Well Safety Act and Regulations
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good leadership, communication skill and teamwork is a must.

Maintenance Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Equipment selection and sizing, Prepare equipment requisitions, carry out vendor technical bid evaluation, carry out vendor drawing/ data review and vendor data incorporation.
• Review inter-discipline drawings and documents eg. PandIDs, equipment layout, etc.
• Participate in Clients meetings, vendor meetings and inter-discipline meetings.
• Witness shop inspection and testing, assistance in plan erection, commissioning and start-up
• Development of Company’s equipment specifications

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Mechanical Engineer or Maintenance in oil and gas production..
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent.
• Experience in the design of rotating and package equipment, including centrifugal and reciprocating pumps, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors or experience in the design and engineering of static equipment
• Project execution experience in the responsibilities indicated above and good knowledge of API standards
• Knowledge of materials and welding technology is an advantage
• Good leadership, communication skill and teamwork is a must.
