LEGAL OFFICER

Qualification :

1. Male or Female
2. Bachelor degree from reputable university
3. Minimum experience 2 - 7 years in contract drafting
4. Experience in EPC company is an advantage
5. Able to travel to site or out of town
6. Good computer literate
7. Good personality & good communication skill is also a must

Responsibilities :

1. Make necessary legal opinion on various legal issues relating the customers
2. Drafting and reviewing various of contract
3. Updating current legal issues
4. Handling litigation
5. Maintain current update on state laws and regulations pertaining to investment, Indonesia Companies Law (UU PT), OJK, and Capital Market
6. Having, maintaining, and establishing good relationship or rapport with various regulatory entities in Indonesia.
7. Conducting legal audit and ensuring legal compliance of activities including activities of other companies in the Group to comply with the existing regulations.
8. Maintaining and managing communication and correspondence with external parties.
9. Ensure Corporate Social Responsibility pertaining to the company’s operational activities.

Skills Required:

1. Good spoken and writing in both English and Bahasa
2. Basic understanding of finance, banking, and insurance industry and products.
3. Knowledgeable in the regulations and procedures in BKPM, Investment Board, and/or any other investment regulatory body.
