Staff of Legal Requisition ( Contract )

Subject : Legal staff

JOB DESCRIPTION

To provide assistance and support to the Legal Counsel in :

• Conducting legal reviews and/or drafting of simple contracts, agreements and all other type of legal documents.
• Negotiating legal terms and conditions of contracts or agreements with third party.
• Maintaining and safe keep all corporate legal documents (articles of associations, deeds, government approvals, etc).
• Assisting in liaising with government officers in various legal issues including to obtain required corporate approvals or licenses.
• Handling preparation and documentation of general meetings of shareholders, company circulars/deeds, corporate action (i.e. merger, etc.) and other corporate law related matters.
• Providing training on legal  and compliance related issues. Monitoring and encouraging compliance to prevailing regulations and ABB’s Integrity policy

Requirement:

• Experience : 1-2 years in corporation (Foreign Investment company more preferable)
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Power Point
• Familiar with Indonesian Company Law and  Foreign Investment Law

Graduate Engineer Program

Requirements:

• Recent graduates with minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 4 in the fields of electrical engineering e.g. Power Systems, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Chemical, Control Systems, Instrumentations.
• No more than 1.5 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills and proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Flexible, adaptable & able to travel / relocate as required.
• High level of initiative and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Good leadership skills and a team player, organized, and structured.
• Eager to learn and keep him/ herself updated in the fields of Electrical Engineering

Electrical Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Electrical Engineer will be part of Process Automation Division which Planning and executing the projects, services or service contracts involving the installation, modification, test, and inspection of Company products and equipment, coordinating the work with other groups to ensure meeting commitments.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing the projects, services or service contracts involving the installation, modification, test, and inspection of Company products and equipment, coordinating the work with other groups to ensure meeting commitments
• Giving support to project team in doing engineering, construction and commissioning of electrical equipments
• Giving support to sales team in estimation project

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or any relevant Engineering
• Have 5-10 years of Experience or a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments
• 5 years relevant experience from design and engineering of electrical systems is desired (preferably on MV Switchgear)
• Knowledge of MV/HV industrial electrical distribution systems and equipment
• Knowledge of short circuit studies, protection coordination, wiring diagrams
• Experience within industry segments and knowledge of ABB products is an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English
