Information System (IS) Operation and Support Team Leader (Code: ISO)

In this position you will responsible to lead ICT Infrastructure Services and Application Services to support and achieve excellence operation, interfacing with business users to deliver business demand, manage and develop a team to deliver an outstanding services, includes a continuous development of capability within the team members to ensure that all objectives and commitments are fulfilled in line with the expectation, agreement and standards.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• A bachelors degree qualification in Information system or similar is a key prerequisite. Your negotiation and influencing skills as well as your technical expertise and change management skill will assist you in developing effective relationship across diverse group of people. It is requirement that you have 10+ years experience in related field and leading a team.

Aviation Technical Authority (Code: ATA)

Santos provides an opportunity for high talent Aviation Technical Authority to work in the Operations Department in Santos Jakarta Office. This position will be reporting to Head of Operations Support, and based in Jakarta. Major responsibilities for this position among other are to manage all aviation technical matters to assure the integrity is managed, and to ensure the safe operations as well as consistent application of Santos and Regulatory codes and standards in all aviation related operations, includes aviation safety on offshore and onshore facilities.

Your key accountabilities include:

• As the Primary Contact of Aviation Technical Authority of Santos Indonesia Operations for all matters related to aviation to achieve safe and commercially viable operations of both current and future operating assets and projects to deliver and comply with Santos Indonesia Operations business and Government of Indonesia law and regulations objectives/ target. As Key Contact for the Santos Corporate in relations to all aviation related matters including aviation integrity management and assure the integrity of the existing airfields and facilities, rotary and fixed wing ("Aircraft"), and aviation equipment are in line with Santos and relevant Regulatory standards and regulations.
• Act as Subject Matters Expert (SME) for all aviation related subjects and its facilities systems.
• Actively supporting Santos' commitment to Environment, Health and Safety including: adopting and promoting personal work practices and procedures in accordance with Santos Environment, Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS) standards.

Experience & Attributes:

• At least 10 years aviation experienced with proven track record of aviation management, preferably in oil and gas aviation offshore operations.
• Preferable experienced working as pilot (min. 5 years experienced).
• Have sound knowledge of local aviation law/rules and regulations.
• Experienced working with Aviation EHS systems, including incident investigation.
• Excellent English and communication skills.
