PROCESS ENGINEER

Technical Competencies and Knowledge:

  • Proficient in plant process conceptual design, process simulation, detail design and commissioning activities is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Power Plant, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Plant
  • Project Management Experience
  • Knowledge in Operation and Maintenance background will be an advantage.

Education and Experience

  • 0 - 7 years in power plant, oil & gas, petrochemical plant and projects
  • A bachelor or master degree in Chemical Engineering

Basic Skill:

  • Computer literacy: MS office, word, Power Point, Hysys, Unisim, GT Pro/Master, Steam Pro/Master, Mathlab, HTRI, Flarenet, Flaresim, Pipesim, Pipephase, pipenet, PHAST, HTFS, Olga, Promax, Pro II, Hydraulic Calc, Overpressure protection, process safety Language : Fluent spoken and written English. Able to speak/write in Mandarin would be an additional value.

 

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF – ACCOUNT PAYABLE (AP)

Responsibilities:

  • Manages AP, includes customer Vendor relations, and tax related matters into the systems.
  • Processing documents into the appropriate Operating Unit timely and accurately.
  • Reviews invoices and check requests for valid coding/approvals. 
  • Communicates with accounting team to ensure necessary corrections are made.
  • Ensure Vendor file data is accurate as related to names, addresses, and terms.
  • Run all necessary reports for month-end closing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
  • 3 or more years of Accounts Payable experience.
  • Understanding of Accounting and Finance processes required.
  • General understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Ability to work with diverse global team.
  • Ability to proficiently use financial software system (SAP).
  • Ability to proficiently operate computer and related software packages (Microsoft Access, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project, Internet tools).
  • Ability to communicate effectively through email or phone with support personnel and management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Prefer someone who has EPC experience.
