Sr Buyer

(Jakarta Base)

Responsibilities:

• Administers procurement process for goods in timely manner with the right specifications to support field operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering/Law/Management/Economy
• Min 6 years of experience in the O&G Industry as Buyer
• Able to lead a team
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill, dynamic team player, integrity, initiative.

Safety Officer

(Contract Based)

Responsibilities:

• Plans, monitors, and coordinates staff for Safety Management related to activities within the operations, including the effective use and developing safety policy, procedures and standard to prevent the accident.

Requirements:

• D-3 or D-4 Occupational safety and Health with 5 years experience in HSE Oil and Gas Offshore Field, or
• S-1 engineering or Occupational safety and health with 3 years experience in HSE Oil and Gas Offshore Field
• Holds a valid Ahli K3 Migas, BSST & HUET certificate
• Experience in Offshore Oil and Gas EPCI project
• Has knowledge in Modern Safety Management, Accident reporting investigation, Safe lifting rigging slinging, oil and gas industry operations, Emergency Response.
• Having knowledge and ability to perform effective Risk Assessment technique or facilitate HSE studies such as HAZID, SIMOPS, JHA/JSA/TR
• Having knowledge and ability to read and explain a piping and instrumentation diagram/drawing (P&ID) for HSE aspect
• Has knowledge in basic HSE Engineering
• Good command in English both written and spoken
• Sound knowledge of applicable national (Indonesia) and International codes, standard and regulatory
• Good interpersonal skill, thinker, intuitive, initiative, independent and hard worker

Structural Engineering Specialist

(Jakarta Base)

Responsibilities:

• Develops new-build offshore structural designs, structural modifications to existing facilities, and detailed design documentation that is in compliance with international standards and HCML's QHSE requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in structural engineering/offshore construction.
• Have experience in supervising fabrication of offshore platform ( being the head in Fabrication Yard)
• Good judgment, good communication skills and have strong interpersonal skills

Cost Controller

Responsibilities:

• Processes all incoming invoices in compliance with standard CNOOC contract terms and conditions, charge the costs into appropriate contracts, cost centers, or AFE numbers within acceptable period of time.

Requirements:

• Graduated in Accounting or any related major
• 2-5 years in diversified industry experience, cost control experience background is preferable
• Knowledge in Service & Materials Procurement Process.
• Self-motivated, well-organized with an analytical mind
