Senior Tax Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all transactions is comply with the prevailing tax regulations
• Verification and comment on tax impact an all accounting entries
• Reconciliation between account ledger for VAT and original VAT invoices / Faktur Pajak and between cost and WHT
• Monthly tax compliance (payment and reporting)
• Tax optimization, planning and strategic (if necessary)
• Liaise with external financial auditor
• Maintain the files related with tax issues

Qualification:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Min. 5 year experiences handling taxation matters, and ever handling taxation in Free Trade Zone is preferable
• Good in English
• Familiar with SAP system

Mechanical Buyer

Responsibilities:

• Review vendor quotation
• Clarification & negotiation
• Develop Commercial Bid Analytical
• Create PO in SAP
• Vendor Performance Evaluation
• Update and maintain SCM database

Qualification:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 3 year experiences as buyer in EPC Company which handling for Mechanical and Piping material for Oil & Gas Projects
• Familiar with static equipment (pressure vessel, heat exchanger, column, internal part, process package, ETC)
• Familiar with rotating equipment (pump, compressor, turbine, ETC)
• Good in English
• Willing to be hired in Project Based status in Jakarta Head Office
• Familiar with SAP system
