Well Intervention Team Leader

Role:

• The Well Intervention Team Leader is responsible for well interventions engineering activity covering the planning, program generation and execution of well interventions operations in accordance with BP HSSE/IM/COW standards and DWOP Engineering practices (ETP and GPs)/SOPs, WIMS as well as meeting regulatory compliance. The Well Intervention Team Leader will provide the interface with the Base Management, Production Operations and other members of the multi-disciplinary team necessary for efficient well intervention activities.

Desirable criteria & qualification:

• Indonesian
• Engineering degree
• Minimum 15 years of related experiences. Onsite supervision experiences are required.
• Fluent in English and computer literate
• Valid IWCF or equivalent Well Control certification

 

Implementation Technologist (SIP Planner)

Role & Responsibilities:

This position will support the implementation, administration and performance management of the Strategic Implementation Plan (SIP) throughout all aspects of the planning life cycle.

• Support the creation, implementation, delivery, and sustainability of the Regional Strategic Implementation Planning (SIP) program
• Assist the SIP team in engaging Region SIP Activity SPAs
• Work with the SIP team and Region based teams to design, build, and deliver communications
• Monitor and report on Region SIP status and provide associated SIP documentation
• Notify Activity SPAs, SIP SPAs and Gatekeepers about activities scheduled to start and milestones due in the next two months
• Verify Regions evidence meets identified SIP completion criteria prior to submission
• Prepare and review Region Management of Change (MOC) requests relevant to SIP milestone closures
• Represent Region in progress updates and the raising /clarification of issues
• Facilitate meetings and support Activity SPAs with activity plans
• Actively participate in related Community of Practice meetings across Regions and functions to share implementation lessons learned and best practices.
• Support Upstream Learning Organization and Discipline Capability with validating Training Audiences
• Provide feedback on overall SIP program implementation to identify any Continuous Improvement opportunities
• Coach Strategic Resource Groups (SRGs) as required to ensure SIP milestones are achieved within prescribed deadlines.

• Minimum 8 year experiences in strategic management planning
• Experience in oil & gas industry (preferable drilling team) is advantage
• Computer literate

Wells Operations Manager

Role:

• The Well Operations Manager is accountable for the safe and efficient execution of all rotary drilling and completions operations, to deliver additional production from new wells, sidetracks and well work/interventions to meet Region targets in alignment with the D&C excellence agenda of continuous improvement in operations and in compliance with well plans and procedures.
• Employment Status: Permanent staff, Jakarta Office

Desirable criteria & qualification:

• Indonesian citizenship
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 17 year experience in related field, at least 7 years in supervisory/managerial role
• Had previous experience as Drilling Engineering or Well Site Leader
• Strong knowledge in onshore/offshore drilling operations
• Valid IWCF - Supervisory Level
• Computer literate
• Fluent in English (both writing and speaking)

 

Marketing Staff

Role:

• Understand bidding process for oil and gas projects, to administer tender documents to meet clients qualification, and to have an adequate networking experience to approach new clients

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree with focus in HSE or marketing or administration
• Well experienced in similar marketing role
• Have excellent communicating skill
• Fluent in English and computer literate

 

QHSE Officer

Role:

• To assist QHSE manager to maintain IMS standarization, understand HSE aspects and help to control the implementation within the company.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in K3
• Proactive and have good analytical thinking
• Fluent in English
• Able to work in a team with minimum supervision

 

Operational

Position : Coordinator

Requirement :

• Female,
• Technical back ground, Metallurgy is advantage,
• 2-3 years working experience,
• Excellent writing and speaking English

Role and Responsibility :

• Monitor and coordinate day to day inspector activities at project/field
• Maintain information and data through velosi management control system
• AMIS (the successful candidate will be trained)
• Report to operation manager

 

Accounting Staff

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in accounting
• Familiar to SAP
• Attention to details
• Excellent communication skill
• Fluent in English and computer literate

 

Accounting Manager

Role:

• Establishes financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information; managing staff.

Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years experience in related job role
• Have an excellent managerial skill
• Able to manage and motivate team member
• Excellent communicating skill
• Familiar to SAP
• English and computer literate
