Construction Manager (Code: CM )

Balikpapan based

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor contractor resources and programs, to manage in such way that works complete in time, with quality and safety
• Review contractors designs, procedures, specifications to be in line with contracts
• To ensure all contractors works is performed according to designs, specifications and procedures
• Overall in charge and supervision of quality control and inspection plans, such that installation and facilities meet design and specifications
• Coordinate with safety personnel and to monitor contractor safe work procedures and implement them
• Review contractor progress and prepare regular progress reports
• Coordinate permitting process, and to ensure compliance and related inspections and documentations
• Scrutinize all contractors claims
• Interface and coordinate with operation when contractor working in an existing terminal
• Coordinate with procurement such items are delivered on time

Qualification & Experience

• Degree holder in engineering with 10 years experience in oil & gas industry. Added advantage with terminal experience
• Working knowledge with international codes, local regulations, and industry practices
• Technical understanding and working knowledge of diverse disciplines, civil/mechanical/electrical/instrumentation
• Familiar with government approval process and able to direct and coordinate the preparation and approval process
