Adaro Power

Adaro Power is effectively 100% owned by PT. Adaro Energy Tbk., the largest public listed integrated coal mining and services company in Indonesia that ranks among the top five exporters of thermal coal globally.

The Group is the largest single-site coal producer in the southern hemisphere and has three operating mine areas (namely Paringin, Tutupan, and Wara). The group also has a 25% interest in a joint venture with BHP in 7 coking coal concessions in Central Kalimantan.

Adaro Power established in December 2010, represents all the power generations business interest of the Group.

In line with this mission, Adaro Power is assuming the Sponsor's role for all the power generation projects undertaken by the Group. Adaro Power's Projects such as PT. Makmur Sejahtera Wisesa (Tanjung-South Kalimantan), PT. Bhimasena Power Indonesia (Batang-Central Java), and PT. Tanjung Power Indonesia (Tanjung-South Kalimantan).

Technical Specialist

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Minimum 15 years experienced in handling HSE compliance and project management within the Power Plant Industry especially on IPP project(s) with the direct experience in EPC negotiation is preferable.
• Abilities to deal with not just fully on technical but partially also on economical and commercial implication of IPP project in Indonesia. 
• Having knowledge & skill in coordinating, planning, budgeting, implementing, and providing all the technical studies, activities, and technical supports for coal fired power projects.
• Having skill in supporting to developing and maintaining good relationship and networking with the various reliable stakeholders related to the new development of coal fired power project.
• Having skill in identifying and gathering all the applicable laws, regulations, standards which especially related and required the technical and health & safety.
• Having knowledge & skill in developing, consolidating, and maintaining a technical knowledge-based system for the future references, compliances, and standardization to enhance the successful for all new projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills, Good presentation skill, team building and flexibility; Fluent speaking, reading and writing English; Proficient in Computer (MS Offices)
