Recruitment Officer

Main Roles :

• Conduct effective recruitment administration processes, including: administration, advertisement, short-listing, scheduling, and coordination, also manage database and administration system for recruitment. Conduct selection process and interview process, including: psychological and technical tests, and other behavior/potential identification.

Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or related.
• Fresh graduates or having at least 1 year experience
• Basic knowledge in assessment concept and interview
• Location in Jakarta, willing to travel

Organizational & Development Project

Main Roles :

• Conduct organization and job requirement activities (Organization Structure, Business Process, Job Description)
• Creating organization design in company based on business requirement.

Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or related.
• Master Degree in Human Resources Management, or Operational Management
• Min. 1 year experience in power system industry or HR consultant, with sufficient exposure in Business Process or organizational design
• Location in Jakarta, willing to travel
