Maintenance Equipment Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Under broad direction, organizes and coordinates all activities associated with maintaining Halliburton equipment at one or more facilities
• Responsible for ensuring the duties of the Maintenance department are performed in a safe, efficient and effective manner
• Develop and implement programs to ensure safety within the Equipment Maintenance group
• Develop and implement programs to ensure Service Quality and equipment reliability
• Coordinate the acquisition, transfer/delivery, retirement and disposal of equipment
• Develop and implement and/or maintain processes and measures to ensure the accuracy of SAP data
• Supervises others either directly or through subordinates. Coordinates diverse activities within a functional area
• Plans work and administers policies

Requirements :

• Skills are typically acquired through completion of a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 10 years of related fields and management experience.
• Good English (verbal & written)
• Supervisor - Inspection, Certification and Examination
• Lifting Equipment Inspector Training & Advanced Rigging and Lifting Experience
• Oil and Gas Industry Equipment Inspection Experience
• Current or recent past ASNT NDT Level II certification. NDT Level III certification is a plus
• Familiar with local government regulations and international standard related to lifting   equipment and certification DNV 2.7-1 and BS EN 12079

Operator Frac Acid

Responsibilities:

• Under direct supervision, promotes excellent customer relations at the worksite
• Performs equipment rig up and rig down on a location and the preparation of equipment for performing a job
• Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed
• Responsible for safe operations of high pressure pump/s, Iron Truck, crane and rig-up of DME during the delivery of services in accordance with Customer's design and KPI's
• Performs necessary calculations at the well site as needed
• Performs data collection and data distribution on jobs as needed
• Coordinates the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job
• Utilizes competency processes to enhance skills development and job performance
• Must possess good skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions
• Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness
• Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes

Requirements:

• Skills are typically acquired through successful completion of Vocational High School or Diploma in Engineering or Science background
• Work Experience as Blender Operator or High Pressure Pump Operator. 3 positions are available at the moment for : 2 Blender Operator and 1 Frac Pump Operator
• Licensure to drive commercial equipment may be required
• Given the nature of oil field service work, the ability to communicate effectively with others is necessary
• Capable of being deployed to any rig in the work area and willing to relocate to other area
• Good command of oral and written English
